Chapter 8 - Just the cousins

*Vida's POV*

"Niall! We are doing this", I say.
" No! I don't want to go in", says Niall.

"We have to! I already took permission for us to meet Taylor", I say.
" What if she starts flirting with me?", says Niall.
"Yeah! I'm sure she'll do that", I say sarcastically.

"Come on", I say.
I drag Niall into the room where the police got Taylor.
"Mrs Payne, you have fifteen minutes to talk to her", says an officer.
"Yeah", I say.
" Thank you", says Niall.

The officer leaves.
"Mrs Payne, huh?", says Taylor.
Her hands were handcuffed. 

" What do you want?", she asks.
"I wanted to know if you had any brother or sister, who came to take revenge from us", I say.
" Us? Oh! I see the blonde", she asks.

"I came to ask you if you did something to Liam", I say.
" Well! I'm handcuffed so I've no intentions to do anything", she says.
"Liam's missing, there is this guy who kidnapped him", I say.

"Who is Liam?", she asks.
" The one you were obsessed with", says Niall.
"Niall! Something is wrong with her", I say.

" Niall?", she says looking at Niall
"Oh my God! He's here, he's here! To take me, did you leave Vida?", she asks.

" What?", I say shocked. 

She gets up and goes towards Niall.
"Who?", asks Niall shocked.
" You! You were the one who told me that you like me and you'll come and give me bail", says Taylor.
"What?", I say.
" Niall!", I say.

"What? I've no idea what's going on", says Niall.
" I don't remember telling her anything like that", says Niall.

"Niall!", says Taylor looking at Niall.
"Wait! You liked Liam if you remember", I say.

" I don't care, whoever that guy is", says Taylor.
"Do you know why are you here?", I ask her.
" Yeah! Because of Vida", she says.
" Yes! You're here because you shot me", I say.

"No! I didn't shoot anyone", says Taylor.
" Niall! Tell her", I say.
"Yeah! You did on the shoulder", says Niall.

" Really? Did I? Is it because of her that we are separated?", she asks.
"Uh-huh!", says Niall.
" Niall!! ", I say, angrily.

She comes towards me.
"You married Niall?", she asks.
" No!", I say.

Niall gives me a sign by nodding.

"Yes! I did marry him", I lie.
" Why?", she asks.
"Because I love him", I lie.

" What about your cousin, what's his name?", asks Taylor.
"Liam?", says Niall.
" Yes! Liam! What about him?", asks Taylor.
"He's apparently on an escape route to I don't know", I say.

" Niall! What is this? I thought we're going to get married", says Taylor.
"I'm sorry! I already made that big mistake by getting married", says Niall.
" Niall! We came to ask her about Liam if you remember?", I say. 

"Yeah! So, do you know where is Liam?", asks Niall showing Liam's picture.
" Wait! I saw this guy somewhere", says Taylor.
"Oh! That's Liam, Vida's cousin", says Niall.

I wish Liam was here, he'd kill himself. I was trying to stop myself from laughing.

" But his name was some Payne, right?", asks Taylor.
"No! He's Liam Horan and I'm Niall Payne, as referred before", says Niall.

" Guys! Times up", says the officer.
"Wait! They're not going anywhere", says Taylor.
"I have a cousin, you will find him near Big Ben!", says Taylor.
"Maybe he kidnapped him", says Taylor.
