Kayla's pov

"Red or white?"
I display two dresses infront of Sam, who crinkles her brows at the sight of them.

"It's a movie, about aliens. Not a Mozart concert."

I chew my lip. Maybe she's right.

"Here."
She pulls out a light purple top, if you can call it that, and some high wasted shorts. To go over it, a white cover-up.

It was actually gorgeous. I was impressed.

The top had two straps that crossed infront of each other, and it stopped right above my belly button.

The shorts were just the right length, and were light blue in color.

And for shoes, white flats with cute straps that stop at my lower calve.

I hope this wasn't too much ..
I didn't want to embarrass myself .

Well, even if I did I don't think it would be too much of a surprise.

"Well, don't just stand there. Try that bitch on!"

I throw a pillow at her, and walk into my bathroom.

I take a look in the mirror and frown. I looked like I just walked out of the hospital after having Ebola.
Hopefully Sam can help me. She was like the Bethany Mota of makeup.

I turned around and threw on the outfit.

When I looked at myself in the mirror I was surprised how good it looked.

I smiled and did a swirl.
This should work.

I walk out and Sam's face frowns.

"You're so god damn lucky to have that body. Is there anything that doesn't look perfect on you?"

I chuckle.

"You're gorgeous Sam, shut up. All we need now is my make up and hair. Shits whack."

"Sit down and let Sam work her magic!"

Jason's pov

I glance at myself in the mirror. Looking good Jason. Looking real good.

Breath check.

Okay good.

I'm good.
Will she think I'm good?

Why do I even care? What the Hell is wrong with me. She's Kayla. She'll probably be wearing her SpongeBob shoes and a jumper.

I go to grab my keys and take one more glance in the mirror.

I might as well look good if I'm going to end up feeling like shit at the end of this night.

I hop in the car and type Kayla's address in my phone's tracker.

I don't want to do this. I want her.

Too bad you'll never get her after this.

But it's not like I would've gotten her before.

You never know. You never tried.

She's stubborn. She's always been stubborn. She would never let me near her.

She seemed fine at school.

I slap my thoughts out of my head as I pull up infront of Kayla's place.

It was only about a minute away from mine.

I honk the horn to get her to come out, like the gentleman I am.

When she steps out, I was at loss for words.

What the fuck happened to Kayla.
She looked.. hot.

She hugged her friend , Tammy or Hammy, or some shit like that.. and walked towards the car.

I noticed that as Tammy or what's her face walked back inside , she flipped me off.

What the fuck was that for?

Kayla opens the door, and steps in.

"Hi.." she mumbles.

"Hey."
I just stare at her for a bit, taking in her appearance. She looked really good.
Her outfit was so hot. Her hair was straightened and shiny. And she didn't look as tired as usual..

"You ready?" She whispered, noticing my stare.

No. I'm not ready to ruin this. Just let me have one more minute..

"Yeah, I'm ready."
