chapter 2

Jimmy's POV

(Time jump of 2 weeks)

I had finally moved all my stuff to my new apartment It took longer then i had expected because i didn't want to go when i knew skylar would be home so i would wait till he went to work or out any where else to collect some of my stuff. Things where starting to look up i had a new apartment and my job was going good it was like nothing had happened but is was all on the out side deep down i knew i was still hurt but i have accepted that it hurt and now I'm moving forward starting fresh.

A friend had convinced me to join an online dating site to move on from what skylar did. i hadn't put much thought into it until i saw skylar out with a different guy today and at that point i decided i was going to buck up and take a chance whats the worst that could happen.I made my profile and used a slightly older picture of me from when i first started actually working on my appearance. I filled out my profile basic things about what i liked to do in my free time, some of my likes and dislikes but i kept it simple not want to put out to much info. 

Over the last few days i have a few messages here and there non of them really interested me until i came across him his message what a simple one but it still caught my eye. Hey the names Greg. That's all it was and i would have even second glanced at it if not for the picture attached to it. He was gorgeous a god of a man just looking at him makes my heart race and my dick pulse . he was tall maybe 6'4 with broad shoulders and a hint of a six pack from what i can see in his shirt. Striking blue eyes that seemed like they saw right into your soul. I was so nervous to reply that the only thing i could thin to say was a lame hi back.

I lay back on my floor disappoint with my lame reply also hoping he will message me again. I lay there just about to admit defeat and go to bead when i heard the familiar ding of my computer signaling that i had a message. I quickly  read his message trying not to jump with excitement in is message he gave me simple facts about him like how he was 26 lives on his own works for a large company and has a cat named pumpkin i could help but laugh at that last part i soon fell in to a peace full sleep.

  Over the next few days we message non stop just getting to know each other  i found out that we both have a lot of the same interest such as music we both prefer older classic rock compared to the newer stuff and that neither of us could cook to save our lives but still enjoyed doing it, I found out why he named his cat pumpkin. We made plans to meet this Wednesday and i was so nervously i hadn't been on a date for a really long time and i was worried he wouldn't like me after he had met me.

 Wednesday seemed to roll around quickly and i was so nervous as i  was waking into the coffee shop but all nerves diapered when i spotted him sitting at a table in the corner. My breath caught in my thought as i took in his gorgeous appearance and soon as i entered his head shot up and looked directly at me. A deep blush rose to cheeks as i noticed i had been staring at him for a while now. Knowing he had seen my blush by the smirk that grazed his lips making my blush even move. 

"Hh..hi i stutter out cursing on the inside for my sudden shyness he just chuckles and reply's back with a hi of his one. His voice sent shivers down my spine. We move up to the counter and he orders his coffee and the asks me what i want i tell the bored looking employee what i wanted and the we found a table to sit at while wait for our coffee. We get our coffee and we leave walking down to a park area having a nice conversation he was telling me about his cat pumpkin and the cutest thing that he did last night when i heard my name yelled. I froze knowing who it was who called my name i think Greg noticed because he wrapped a protective arm around me instantly make me feel safe. He leaned down and whispers in my ear " do you want to leave?" But it was to late Skylar had already run up to us. He grabbed my arm try to pull me towards him only to be stopped by Greg. Skylar angrily yells at him to let me go that we need to talk. Thankfully for me Greg made no signs that he was going to let go. Skylar got more impatient roughly pulling to him making me wince for a slight second i thought i heard a growl coming from Greg but i knew it was just my imagination people don't growl. As i start to stand up right skylar must not have noticed because the swing that he had meant for Greg hit me square in the face. I fell to the ground in pain next thing i know i gently being lifted into strong warm arms and then i pass out.

I know this chapter is kinda short but i promise the next one will be longer comment/vote :) :) :)
