(the kids are decorating for the pool party/barbecue)
August: *laughs* my bad ma.
Camila: Aug,can you help me lift this onto the wall?
August: whats the magic word?(he says putting his hand to his ear)
Camila: boy if you dont(gco)
August: what you gon do shawty?
Camila: *sighs*
August: alright, alright,ma.Im coming.
Camila: thank you.
Lauryn: hey,jacob.What drinks did you get?
Jacob: a couple beers,nah im just playing.We got some sodas.Like pepsi,sunkist,dr.pepper,mountain dew,and water for the adults and those that want it.
Lauryn: ok,good.
Jacob: august,what food did you get?
August: chips,hot dogs,and some meat to grill.
Princeton: you gonna grill!?
August: yeah,you wanna help?
Princeton: heck yeah!
Everyone: *laughs*
Jacob: hey,camila.Can i talk to you for a second?
Camila: sure.
(they go upstairs)
Camila: wassup?
Jacob:umm,not sure if you were sleeping but i called your phone yesterday and you didnt answer.I was a little worried and i wasnt sure if i should come over and check on you.You seem a little distant since i came back.Whats wrong?
Camila:nothing's wrong i was just busy.
Jacob: with August.
Camila: what,no.Why would you think that?
Jacob: i dont know.*sighs* im sorry.
(there is a knock on the door)
Camila: come in.
August: Cam,we finished the decorations.Come see em it will blow ya mind,shawty!
Camila: *laughs* ok.Aug.I'll be there in a second.
August: aight.(he closes the door and goes back downstairs)
Jacob: *looks at camila strange*
Camila: what?
Jacob: i dont know if you like him or he likes you but i dont like it, so please tell me whats going on between ya'll. I need to know now.
Camila: jacob,there's nothing going on.
Jacob: dont lie to me,camila.
Camila: jacob(gco)
Jacob: dont "Jacob" me! what happen when i was gone camila!? tell me!!!
Camila: nothing happened jacob!!!!!!
Jacob: *slaps camila in the face*
(august comes in and sees camila on the floor and jacob's hand up)
August: get.out.
Camila: *cries*
August: GET OUT,JACOB!!!!!!
(jacob leaves the room then the house,and lauryn and princeton run upstairs and into camila's room)
Lauryn: oh my gosh,camila! are you ok!?
Camila:*cries*
August: *sits with camila on the floor and hugs her tight*its alright,cam. Im sorry i let this happen.but its gon be alright,ok?
Camila: *sniffles* why *sniffles* aug?
August: dont worry,cam.Im here for you.
(they hold each other and rock back and forth in each other's arms.Then August starts to cry with Camila)
August: *sniffles*
August's P.O.V.
I have never cried before because i needed to be strong for those who couldn't hold they tears in any longer. But seeing camila helpless on the floor,broke and shattered my heart and i found myself crying with her. I never knew how much she meant to me before and now I know I that I cant spend a second away from her. I need her.And now that that idiot put his hands on her(which I will get him back for) I can ask her out.
End of P.O.V.
August: *sniffles* im sorry camila. *sniffles* im sorry this happened to you.*sniffles*
Camila: *cries* its not your fault,Aug.*sniffles*
Lauryn: its okay,Mila.(she and Princeton walk over to Camila and August and they sit down and hug and try to comfort Camila)
Camila: Lauryn,he hit me!! *cries*
Lauryn: i know,and i will go over there or wait until tomorrow and i will stomp him and that stupid chic in the face!! Mila,you know i will go all out for you. Remember,we have and will always be there for each other since we were divas in diapers.You know this. Im here for you.We are all here for you.(she says pointing at herself,august,and princeton)
(Iris and AJ walk in rubbing the sleep out of there eyes and run to Camila)
AJ: Mommy? what happened?
Iris: Daddy,why is Mommy crying?
AJ: is Mommy sad? why are you sad,Mommy?
Camila: awww,you guys.They called us Mommy and Daddy,Aug.
August: yeah.They did. Mommy is ok.Right Mommy?
Camila: yeah,i am ok kiddies. Go back to sleep.I am going to be fine.
Iris: ok Mommy.I love you.Bye.Come on AJ.
AJ: ok.Bye mommy.Bye daddy.Bye auntie Lauryn.Bye uncle Princey.
Lauryn: bye cuties.
Princeton: bye,guys.
(the kids leave the room and go back to sleep)
Lauryn: well,chica.We gotta go.Feel better and we'll come by tomorrow and do last minute set ups ok?
Camila: *sniffles*ok.Bye guys.
(they leave and august gets up)
Camila: wait! stay with me,please.August dont leave.
August: alright,baby girl. I'll stay.But dont I have to change?
Camila: *frowns* you're already wearing joggers which are sweats so just take off your shirt and come here.
August: *sighs and takes off his shirt and climbs into camila's bed* ok.Im here,camila.
Camila: thank you.(she moves closer to august and he wraps his arms around her waist)
Camila: *looks at August* thank you for being there for me even though we are not dating and for caring for me.
August: you're welcome,camila.Any time you need me,i will be there.
Camila: you're so sweet.
August:*smiles and kisses camila*
(then they both fall asleep)
