Chapter 1
The sound of raindrops coming from the sky were soothing yet annoying to Taehyung. He didn't get enough sleep because he had a late night study session with Jimin . Technically Jimin force him to stay awake with him because he forgot his homework was due today .
Taehyung didn't want to stay up but he did and he regretted it . The rain started to pour even heavier than before . He look at the time , it was only 7:15 and he remembered today's class starts at 8:15 so he has around an hour to take a nap.
He pulled out his earbuds and starts listening to some jazz music to go along with the calming surroundings he's having right now . He buries himself in his crossed arms over his desk as soon people start coming .
After sleeping for about 30 minutes , he felt someone stroking his hair . He lift his head and see his best friend stroking his hair while looking at him with adoration in his eyes .
"Jimin , you're ruining my hair you know " Taehyung chuckled by it . Jimin just laughed by how Taehyung pouting while fixing his hair.
"Tae , have you heard ? " Jimin asked while sitting in front of him with his head on the table. " About what Jimin ? " Taehyung asked while tilting his head a little . " There will a new kid coming to our school tomorrow " "Okay so what do I need to do with this information ?" Taehyung asked while checking his phone. "I have a feeling its Jungkook" Jimin said in a very serious tone .
Taehyung's fingers stopped moving; he puts his phone down on the table and stared at Jimin " Why do you think it's Jungkook tho" "Because I know he promised us that he'll be coming back here when he turns 17 and this is it you know " "That was 6 years ago Jimin" he chuckled because he remembered Jungkook promised that he'll be back here to see him . " Yes and we both know he never breaks a promise" Jimin's voice was assuring that he'll be back .
"I know . I miss him " Taehyung wasn't lying when he said he misses him because its true. He misses everything about Jungkook . From his bunny teeth to his big doe eyes , he misses his best friend but he didn't want to have high hopes that he'll be coming back.
The bell rang signaling class is about to start . He kept remembering about Jungkook while staring at the big tree outside of his classroom. He didn't realised the rain stop . He was too focused by everything he didn't realised the weather he loves at the same time hate the most stop.
He suddenly remembered a note Jungkook gave to him before he left .
Dear Taehyungie , I hope you will wait for me when we grow up . I want to tell you something but not now hehe . See you soon Taehyungie <3
