Chapter 10

Our lips parted but we still remained close our foreheads touching we were both smiling.
"Wow" I said
"I really like you Lucy" Jesse said as he rubbed his hand on my cheek
My stomach was going all over the place butterflies were flying around.
"I really like you to"
He kissed me again as we broke away my face was hurting
"You ok?
"Yeh just a bit sore"
"Come on shall we go watch a film" Jesse suggested
"Yes sounds great"
He took hold of my hand and we walked to the sofa putting a film on I cuddled in to his chest as he held me close, he smelt so gorgeous after about half hour I got up and went to the kitchen I came over feeling really dizzy.

Jesse PoV
Lucy got up and walked towards the kitchen I saw her put her hands on the side
"You ok Lucy? I shouted
Before I knew it she fell to the ground
"Lucy" I ran over to her she had hit her head and blood was coming from her face I quickly picked the phone up and called for an ambulance. The ambulance men came and took her to the hospital on the way I rang Chappo.

Chappo PoV

I ran in to the hospital and saw Jesse sitting on the chair
"Jesse where is she?
"She's in that room there doctor is in with her"
Just then a doctor came from the room
"Hello I am the doctor just been in with Lucy she's got some very nasty bruising to her face can you tell me about that?
"She was in England and she was attacked she got the next flight out here she didn't say if she had been to get checked over"
"She's got concussion and just some really nasty bruising and swelling no wonder she passed out you can go see her if you like"
I went straight in there she was half sitting up I wrapped my arms around her.
"You scared me then sis don't do that to me"
"I am fine Chappo honest I just want to go home"

3 weeks later

Lucy PoV

Since I had been back things had been going really well me and Jesse were taking things slow, everyone knew about us and was really happy.
It was a Saturday I wasn't working and the weather was beautiful I grabbed my beach stuff and headed down to bondi I put my towel down on to the sand away from the lifeguard tower I didn't want to distract them while they were busy.
I laid in my bikini on my towel getting my book out the bag. Within about half hour my phone vibrated a message from a number I didn't recognise it read

I will be coming for you, you know you want me watch your back.... James

I was in shock my breathing became faster and my hands started to shake tears pricked my eyes

"Hey Lucy you didn't say you were on the beach" said a voice
I looked up to see Chappo standing there.
"Sorry I need to go" I picked up all my stuff and ran up the beach
