Elliot's already by my side.

"Melinda what the hell is going on?" Elliot asks.

Melinda sets our son in a bassinet and comes over quickly.

There is pain radiating throughout my entire body and I can't think straight.

"Olivia I need another big push." Melinda says.

"Melinda what the hell is happening?" Elliot says loudly.

"Elliot I need you to stop talking." Melinda says.

"Olivia, this is gunna hurt like a bitch but I need you to power through okay?" Melinda says.

I nod my head through the pain and she tells me to push.

There's searing pain and then huge relief. I drop my head back onto the bed, breathing heavily.

"It's a girl!" Melinda says.

I look up and in stunned to see Melinda holding a baby girl.

"You did it, Liv..." Elliot says quietly, "They're beautiful."

"There's two of them..." I say quietly, "We have two babies."

"They're perfect Olivia." He says kissing my forehead.

Melinda sets both of the babies in my arms, "I'll give you guys a minute..." She says quietly.

"This is not the right time but we're not naming him Derek." Elliot says quietly.

"Elliot we agreed on Derek..." I say tiredly.

"He's just not a Derek..." Elliot says.

"Yes he is..." I argue back. "But I don't think she's an Alisan either."

"Oh god we are terrible at this..." Elliot says, running a hand down his face. "We've had these names picked out for 6 months."

"I still think he looks like a Derek." I say.

"I still think she looks like an Alisan." He says.

"You're right." I say with laugh, "We're really bad at this."

"Elliot what are we gunna name this babies?" I ask.

"I have an idea but I'm not sure you'll like it..." Elliot says. "How do you feel about Nick?"

"I like it." I say with a soft smile, "What about Elliot?"

"As his middle name?" He asks.

"Yeah, his middle name, I want him to have part your name." I say.

"Nicholas Elliot Stabler." Elliot says, "I like it."

"I know what I want to name our daughter." I say, looking down at her.

"So, what's our daughters name?" Elliot asks.

"Bethany Catherine." I say, looking up at him. "That's her name."

"Those are there names." He says. "Nicholas Elliot and Bethany Catherine."

"They're perfect." I say looking down at the babies in my arms.

"Bethany has your eyes..." Elliot says looking at her.

"Nick has yours." I say looking back up at Elliot.

Elliot kisses me softly and rests his forehead against mine.
