* week later*

Ive been in this room for a whole week i dont want to eat drink or bathe im broken let me be broken

Knock knock

"Come in" i yelled at whoever is disturbing my depression

Chy walked in with a duffle holding her nose looking around in the pitch dark room

"I did what do you want " i spat at her

She walked over and ripped the black sheet off of the window and the sun shot through my room

I wanted to be back to my old self i really did but I could she was dead

" I cant okay i cant shes gone im not the old lani anymore she forever gone" I was standing in her face the pain had faded away

"Move" i pusher past her to walk to my door but she stopped me pushing against my wall i would of fought back but i was weak

I began to cry i dont like being like this i want to be happy and I deserve to be

We stayed in this position til i felt like i let all my sadness out "now lani the old you is gone but the new you has just awoken"

I wanted to go to the hospital but when I found out she got hit the same night when she left the house I knew it was my fault

I was talking to chy when my phone went off i saw chris contact which surprised the hell out of me

He sent me a simple message and at first i was going to use every cuss word to explain his dumbass choices but i didn't i sent a simple short message

After that i hopped in the shower shaving and washing my hair

After that I brushed my teeth and threw on a red sundress cause i guess me and chy are getting out the house

I was walking downstairs and i saw dj moving suit cases to the door

"Where yall going"

"To Atlanta for easter we asked if you wanted to come but you just yelled to get out " dj said scratch the back of his head side eyeing chy

Dj did that a lot but not in a sexual way in a eww get out my face look, i didn't get it chy was in some booty shorts and a halter top she looked cute

i just walked past them and we got in the car and headed out

First stop nail salon i got a mani pedi with all red as a color cause i wanted to be bold i even got all waxed up eyebrows and bikini wax

I was walking out the store funny cause I wouldn't close my legs i even made chy drive cause the pain was real

Next stop was the hair salon I wanted a new style i sat in the chair and got shampooed and conditioned

So I decided to die it burgundy and get it layered so it would sit better . After the saloon we headed to the mall

"Why do we have to go to so many places " i said as we reached the car

"Cause we need a lot of stuff but this is your last stop girl" she said

We arrived at the mall and went crazy i mean hitting from store to store i dont even know how much i spent

Chy made me buy a lot of things that i wouldn't usually so i can drop my old style i guess chy wants me to dress more grown and sexy alot of skin showing i guess

We got back in the car around 10 o'clock and headed back to my house i wanted chy to sleep over so she could help me clean my room up

During the ride all things go by nicki minaj played and i made a quick little snap chat with a caption saying

I think that was needed im no longer sad about chris him and Kae can have a beautiful relationship im going to let him go

I pulled up to my house and headed inside i forgot that everyone left i went upstairs but on some spongebob footie pajamas

Then i went into the kitchen and made some kettle corn walked into the living room and turned on the proud family movie

Its time for me to relax and be happy and childish
