A/N : I'm sorry that this is a short chapter. Enjoy!
Brooklyn...

I'm starting to think the murderer wouldn't just open a door like that. That's so...boring.
When the door finally opened, it turned out to be Drew.
"Guys, I found something." He said with his eyes wide.
"What? Did someone die?" Micaiah asked frantically.
"No, it's just this dog. She was-"
"We already found the dog." Micaiah said.
"I understand but she was carrying something." Drew said.
"What was it? Don't leave us in suspense!" I said intensely.
"Okay, okay. I think it was a piece of paper, more like a sticker or something. Either way, it appeared to be shiny with a design on it." He answered.
I was confused, so I started to ask "why would a dog be carrying a st-" but Aria interrupted me. "Wait! What design was it?"
"A...uh...baseball?" He answers unsure.
"Okay. Great! Thanks!" Aria says excited.
Drew leaves the room and Aria says, "it's time to put Trina into further investigation."
"Okay, let's not be all dramatic. How does Trina relate to that sticker. I mean, we bought tons of 'em." Micaiah says.
Aria explains everything that happened leading up to where Trina went missing.
But while she was doing that, I thought a little more carefully on that dog.
It was a black and white border collie.
Nothing else really came to mind except my deep thoughts on the color black.
Black is the color of the dog.
I remember mentioning that word, to myself at least.
Maybe it's because black was also the color of the shirt that the man I saw in the hallway was wearing yesterday...
That man was strange. I think I might want to put him into more thought, but the only problem is I don't really know that much.

About half an hour later, our little "meeting" ended.
And from there, I sat on the porch alone, deep in the ocean of thinking, and that's when I decided to go back in the house and maybe investigate a little. I went into the bathroom to look in there for hidden clues. I didn't see why not.

I searched through the medicine cabinet and found a knife. A bloodstained knife.
Of course I didn't want to touch it because I thought if this investigation somehow reaches the police and my fingerprints were on it I'd be accused. But of course it won't. Because we are almost in the middle of a giant forest with no connection. No calling anyone.

As those thoughts crossed my mind I became scared.
I looked at myself in the mirror and saw my own fear. I left out the bathroom and searched for Micaiah.
I decided to go look upstairs to look for her.
And as soon as I hit the first step, I was knocked out.

Unknown...

The fool finally woke up. I tied her up so she wouldn't escape or snoop around anymore. It was about time.
"What do you want?!" She yelled at me. I was behind her so she wouldn't see who I was. I think she heard me though. That's probably why she asked.
I laughed quietly. "Oh, you'll see."
