Chapter 5

LUCY'S POV

I was feeling very emotional no one has ever said that to me, maybe this marriage wont be that bad.

"Natsu your too kind" I leaned on his shoulder as we both stared at the garden which my mother worked her whole life to keep healthy.

"Lucy do you want the marriage to happen? Tell me the truth" Natsu stared at my eyes waiting for my answer.

"Truthfully at first i was upset my father was making my decisions for me but if im getting married to you than i wouldnt mind" I started to blush and i debated on whether or not i should look at Natsu's face.

HIs face was shocked but soon a childish grin appeared on his face, his canines sparkling.

"Thank you Lucy"

I snuggled into his chest wrapping my arms around him, i felt him hug me and i was actually glad my father made the arranged marriage.

"Natsu! Lucy!" Both of our fathers came around the corner but smirked when they say us.

 I immediatly let go of Natsu and so did he both of us were blushing and staring at the ground in embarassment.

"What were you guys doing?" My father asked with one eyebrow raised smirking.

"Lucy was showing me the garden it looks wonderful" Natsu scratched the back of his neck and complimented the garden.

"Thank you son" My father walked away fortunately not asking anymore about the hug because i wouldnt be able to explain properly.

Mr.Igneel Dragneel following behind him both chattering.

"When did you become his son?" I poked Natsu's chest playfully.

Natsu held my waist bringing both of us closer that our noses were touching.
