Chapter 15

LUCY'S POV

(Sorry everyone i dont know how a wedding goes so im skipping to Lucy walking down the isle)

I was clutching my fathers arm while the doors opened making like 200 faces stare at me, to be honest i was so scared i mightve fainted if my father wasnt holding my arms firmly.

"Lucy relax breath remember today because you will only experience this once so make sure you enjoy every minute" My father whispered.

The bells started to ring and i snuck peeks into the crowd to find any familiar faces.

I recognized a lot of Natsu's friends and his soccer team were all seated in tuxes at the back which almost all of them looked uncomfortable which made me want to laugh.

I glanced up ahead to see Natsu in his tux that we bought the other day at the wedding parlor and i have to say he looks gorgeous.

Natsu looked nervous but he shot me a grin which made all my butterflies go away i was just focused to his eyes and trying to get to him as fast as i could.

My father walked me to where Natsu was standing and Jude retreated to the front seats beside Igneel.

"Lucy you look beautiful" Natsu whispered while the priest was doing the talking.( I have no clue on how weddings go so bare with me)

"I could say the same to you" I looked him up to down which made him grin at me.

" What?"

"Your already checking me out eh" Natsu smirked at me making me blush.

"No i wasnt" I pouted whispering at him even though i refrained myself from smacking him in the chest since we were front of so much people.

"I wish i could kiss you right now but i cant" Natsu sighed brushing a hand through his pink hair making me blush a crimson red.

"You will soon" I pointed out making him smirk.

"Now Mr.Dragneel will you please do your vows" The priest said looking at Natsu. I noticed Natsu was staring at my lips the whole time that he didnt even notice the priest calling him.

"Huh?!" Natsu stared at the priest in confusion, i think the priest mentally face-palmed because he heaved a sigh before repeating what he had said earlier.

"Um well no one told me i was supposed to make a vow and i dont think its important either so i'll skip" Natsu said emotionless.

I frowned a bit but truthfully i dont need a vow i just need to see that Natsu truly loves me.

"Um..." The priest probably didnt know what to say so all he could do was stare at our parents. I felt bad since he looked very uncomfortable with the situation.

Igneel told him to continue even though most of the crowd was whispering about Natsu skipping his vows since it was important for a groom to give a vow.

"Ms.Heartfillia may you please give your vow" The priest gestured at me.

My mind went blank and i stared at Natsu who cast me a small smile.

"Uh I-I dont have a vow either so you can just skip the vow part" i gestured at the priest daring a glance at our parents who wore confused faces along with the crowd.

I guess it isnt everyday that you see a couple skip the wedding vows.

"Okay umm.......Do you Natsu Dragneel take Lucy Heartfillia as your lawfully married wife"

"I do" Natsu stared at me while answering.

"Do you Lucy Heartfillia take Natsu Dragneel as your husband"
