At 1 am Bree and her group left for Michigan leaving the rest of us to fend for ourselves. I woke up around 10 and went downstairs to fix me a bowl of cereal. I sat down on the couch in my favorite spot. What I saw on that screen shocked me. I dropped my bowl on the floor, shattering it. Bree and the group had been captured and were currently being killed. Right there on the screen. I watched as the life left their bodies and the blood spilling on the floor.
I ran up the stairs, banging on everyone's door, waking up the residents.
"Whats wrong, Ashlee," grumbled Ash coming out of her room with a studd tiger in her hand.
"Turn on the tv in the meeting room and turn to channel 2" was all I said, running away. I was satsified as I saw everyone heading to the room after a few unpleasent words were thrown my way. When I entered the room I saw everyone glued to the screen. "Do you think its real" asked Emi after a moment.
"I dont know" said Caitlin. "but of so they didnt make it far. They were caught in Southh Carolina."
"Well thats the end of that" said Ash turning to leave.
"Oh no you dont," growled Janavia grabbin Ash by the collar and dragging her back.
"But I'm sleepy" whined Ash.
"I dont care!"
"Stope it you two!" I quipped. "You need to get serious."
"I am" said Janavia indignantly. "She's the one that's not"
I glared at Ash until she comolained. "Ok, I'll stop playing around."
"Idiot" I muttered under my breath, not loud enough for them to hear.
"So what should we do?" asked Emi.
"You can fly," joked Ash laughing.
"I am not a bird, Ash!" yelled Emi.
"Anyway," I said interrupting them. " where in South Carolina did they get caught"
"Raleigh," answered Emi.
Ugh, why was everything so difficult.
