"One of the Greatest Mysteries"

How many ways to say the same thing?

Some people having more trouble than others.

Some people write, some act, some sing.

Most of the time we feel it for our mothers.

Often people throw it away,

Sometimes though, they keep it.

Words people never get to say,

Even though their hearts split.

It has the power to pull some down,

Others though, will be lifted.

The idea may give you such a frown,

While your thoughts are getting sifted.

"What is this thing?" you may ask.

Why, it is love. Sometimes behind a masque.
