"Regina, he's here" Kiara heard her assistant say from the speaker. She pushed the button on the machine, "Let him in" she let go of the button and sighed. She put her hands together, rested her elbows on the desk, and rested her head on them. The door opened and a young man was there. He wore a beanie with dark glasses, light blue jean shirt with a black jeans and black shoes. He took off his glass revealing light blue eyes.
"Regina" he bowed slightly. He stood up straight, "Long time no see your majesty." Kiara waved her hand and motioned him to sit. "It's great to see you Leandro." He sat down in front of her. She looked at his outfit in disapproval.
"It's a fashion Kiara," he looked at his glasses and rubbed them, "Teens think they should look flawless. Might as well have fun with it" he chuckled. He knew he wasn't no teen and so did Kiara. Not even close to a teen. Kiara sighed and shook her head, "You always were a boy looking for fun." He smirked.
"So what was so urgent to make me stop what I'm doing and come all the way over here. You know I was on my vacation Kiara" he looked up Kiara who was narrowing her eyes.
"I know you were on vacation. I'm the one that gave it to you. If you don't already know, there's a new human to the town. Sabrina is her name. I need you to check up on her." She looked at Leandro. He had a blank face.
"So you brought me here to spy on some human? Couldn't one of you pawns do it for you" he scoffed in frustration.
"I did send two of my best, but they were both defeated by a new blood." she shook her head.
"Marshall Martin?" he asked. She nodded and his eyebrows went up in amazement. "He is a strong one even when he was younger." he smirked and mumbled, "Proves you right for underestimating us."
Kiara glared at him for a second. "So?" she looked at him. "Will you do it?"
"What's the human done? I mean that she's just a human, and for you to bring me all the way this way, you must be pretty desperate to get her." he looked at her. He crossed his arm across his chest.
"That's for me to know" she sat straight in her chair, "If you don't plan on helping me on this then you can just go" the temperature in the room dropped. If it was someone else other then Leandro, they would have ran when they stepped foot in the room. Leandro knows she can't touch him, stating that their siblings. Not by blood but by spices.
"Oh sister," he chuckled, "You always had a bad temper. Alright, I'll help." he stood up from his chair and put on his glasses. He bowed slightly and smiled. "Until next time Regina Kiara"
~Sabrina~
Sabrina groaned and slowly opened her eyes. Bright lights made her close her eyes. She felt someone grip her hand. Her head hurt and her chest. She slowly opened her eyes again.
"Hey sleepy head" Marshall said. His grip on her hand loosened a bit.
"Marshall?" Sabrina asked. He smiled. "Yep. At least you didn't get amnesia" he said slightly sadly. She blinked a couple times, "Amnesia?" she sat up. "Where are we?" she looked around.
"We're at the hospital. You really put quite a scare you know." he smiled sadly.
"Scare? What do you mean?" she asked confused.
"Your heart stopped" he looked at her. She doesn't remember, he thought. She looked shocked. "My heart what?" she looked down to see if she had any stiches. She didn't.
"How do you feel?" he asked. She looked up at him. She nodded, "Fine" she looked down and saw their hands holding each other. A slight blush went on her cheeks. He coughed awkwardly and pulled his hand away. Part of her wished he didn't.
"They wont let you out until its Saturday so you can rest peacefully here." he said and stood up. "You should sleep, I'll be back tomorrow with everyone else" he smiled. "Goodnight"
"Goodnight" she smiled, "and thank you." he nodded and walked out of the room, closing the door. She blew through her lips and laid back down with a 'thump'. She turned to her side, her back facing the door. She scowled when she couldn't fall asleep thanks to the bright light. She heard the door open.
"Marshall?" she sat up and turned around quickly. Her eyes widen when she noticed it wasn't him. He smiled and took off his glasses. Dark blue eyes looked at her brown eyes.
"I don't think Marshall is coming" he smirked and his eyes turned crimson red. "If you fight it'll only makes thinks worse so just go along with it" he walked over to her and grabbed her arm. She winced and tried to pull away. He brought his fangs out and extended her arm.
"What did I say?" he smirked and showed his fangs. She gasped.
"Please no" she whimpered.
"Good girl. Now hold still and relax." He moved her hair from her neck. He bend down and smelled her. She closed her eyes and shook her head, "Please don't." He chuckled and licked her neck and put his fangs on her skin.
