Prolouge Part 2

My eyes fluttered open and I sat up. I looked around and noticed a bed next to me. Steve was laying on it sleeping. I get up and rush to him. I start shaking him whispering his name. His eyes flutter open and he looks up at me, they widen in shock and he sits up and pulls me into his arms. I hug back and hear the door open and I stand up ready for a fight. A woman stands in front of the door with her arms at her side.

Steve begins to ask her questions to which she replies with nervousness. I see Steve stand up in a threatening manner and began to stalk towards her. She presses a button on a small gadget in her hand. Two men in gear barge in the room and point guns at us. I throw my right leg up and kick the gun out of one of their hands, Steve does the same. I extend my leg forward sending the man flying towards a wall while Steve punches one also sending him flying.

I notice more strength in me and I feel my hands shake as if wanting to let something out of them. I run behind Steve as we burst out of a door. We run into many but push them out of our way as we make it out of the building. We look around shocked at everything. We had no clue where we were or why we were there. As we were running down the street we were circled by cars and agent men. I threw my hands up and created a small dome of air protecting me and Steve.

Steve looks at me in question only to notice me doing the same to him. A black man with an eye patch walked forward and told us we were in ice for almost 70 years. I gasp and frown at the thought of my father. He must be dead by now. The man said his name was Nick Fury and that he and his agents weren't going to hurt us so I put my hands down making the dome go down.

We go back to the building we were in and get asked many questions many we were able to answer, some not so easy. I was asked how I created the dome and I told them the truth. I didn't know.

Later on after being tested they had told me I was injected with a serum created by Hydra. I told them the story of me being kidnapped and tested on by Hydra in 1941. They also told me it was now a part of me and that nothing would fix it. My blood was now running with the white serum called Elemental. I told Fury my Hypothesis about the serum giving me power to control the 4 elements including lightning.

Fury put me in a room and told me to test my hypothesis. I held up my hands and thought about fire. My hands lit up in flames and my eyes glowed white. I put the flames out and asked Fury to bring in a glass of water, and a plant. He commanded and agent to do so. I collected the items and put them on the ground. I pointed my hand towards the water and lifted my hand. The water flew into the air and it kept coming. I put the water back in and faced the plant. I lifted on finger and the plant grew as long as I wanted. After the plant was back to normal, I focused on the plant and lifted it into the air with my hand. I looked at Fury and he told me to see if I could turn myself into any of the elements. I closed my eyes and felt myself become one with the air.

Fury asked where I went and I disconnected myself from the air. He was very impressed and told me I could become a Shield Agent. I smiled and told him I already was back in the day and I would be one till I died. I found Steve and told him everything that happened. He told me that Shield had us an apartment to live in together, two bedroom, two bath.

We lived in that apartment for two years until Shield needed us to come in, saying we had an important job. I learned to control and master my powers very quickly and used them for good. I became as fast and as strong as Steve was and made a few friends. First was Bruce Banner, also know as the Hulk. He taught me many things and became a very close friend. Second was Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow. My first girl friend since Peggy. Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye. Someone I could talk about weapons with. Tony Stark, aka Iron Man. A man who could match my sass. Lastly, Thor. He taught me how to control my lightning power and many life lessons.

My friends and I were formed into a group called the Avengers by Fury. We saved the world from Thor's brother, Loki. Shield was over taken by Hydra, turning Steve, Natasha, and I fugitives. A man called the Winter Soldier had made an appearance and I made it my mission to know who he was and what he wanted.
