It was at least 100 degrees outside when me and Kaitlyn got home. Stepping into the foyer I realized how tired I was. Kaitlyn went to her room to work on homework. I decided to take a nap on the couch.
---
When I woke up the house was freezing. I could see my own breathe. I went upstairs to ask Kaitlyn if she did it but when I opened her door she was asleep. I covered her with a couple of blankets then went back downstairs.

The thermostat wouldn't turn off so I went to the fuse box in the garage. The door opened and scared the living sh*t out of me.

"Amanda why is it so cold?"

"I don't know I'm trying to turn it off but the switch won't budge." I told her to go see if it was shut off and when she left I saw a thin coating of dirt on her feet. The only part of the house that was dirty was the garage because it was a concrete floor. I wondered if she had something to do with the switch being stuck.

"The air is still on."

"Come help me with this switch."

She came over and on her first try she flipped the switch. Maybe she is messing with something. Everything is weirder than usual. I think I need to talk to Riley tomorrow.
