(Onx P.O.V)

I may heal fast but I will still have scars from the cuts I made last night.
Another day in paradise I thought to myself as I got ready for school. Today I decided I was going to look even bitchier than normal just because I could. Since my father is dead I have no one to tell me what I can and cannot wear. One of the perks I guess.

"OMG, Onx! You look amazing" Hannah shouted as soon as I got out of my black Ferrari.
"Oh Hannah how do I look amazing?"
"Onx, you have on a stomach length necklace with a red jewel on it, black jeans, combat boots, and a black v-neck tee with avenged sevenfold on it and of course your HAIR straight black down to, well let's be frank, your ass and your swished to one side bangs, your make-up is flawless to and dark." She smiled.
"Whateves Hannah, I'm in a bad mood today so please don't test me, thank you."
All my friends looked at me like I had another head or something. I pulled out my compact mirror and looked at my reflection. Oh shit! How could I of been so careless?!
My eyes were not my normal ice blue color, they were blood red.
"Onx what the fuck is wrong with your eyes?" Kat asked.
"Well um.. It's a long story."
"Well it is a story you will tell at lunch." Kat said sternly
"Fine" I said but I had other intentions for lunch.
I really needed to buy some color contacts so I will never have to tell anyone about this 'mutation' I thought bitterly.
By the time lunch came I was seriously considering skipping it, but I knew my friends would track me down.
"Ok so what the fuck is up with your eyes Onx?!" Kat said
'Um. Contacts?" I tried but it was a lame lie and my friends caught on almost instantly.
"I'm calling bs Onx you don't have contacts and we all know it." Hannah said.
After that I just walked away I was in no mood to deal with my friends to day. Ok I know that sounds bad but they can be annoying! Trust me when I say this, I would do anything for my friends and that also includes walking away when I'm pissed...
