You and Hinata have been going to school together for years, but ever since you both started at Karasuno and he joined the volleyball team you guys aren't the same. Not to mention you had a huge crush on him.
"Hinata!" You yell as you run towards the short orange haired boy
"[f/n]!" He yells back
You get to him and get a big grin.
"Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to walk home together?" You ask and smile hoping he says yes
"Of course! I'd love too, I don't have volleyball practice tonight so let me just go get my stuff." He says and smiles back at you
"Okay, I'll meet you at the front of the school!" You say and start heading down
- 10 minutes later -
Hinata walks behind you and yells 'boo' causing you to jump and scream
"Hey!" You say and playfully hit him
He starts to giggle, and him giggling causes you to giggle.
"Ready?" You ask
"Of course." He replys
You guys start walking, it's a nice and beautiful day. Then you start thinking. Your eyes start filling with tears and you clench your fist.
"[f/n]? Are you okay?" Hinata asks as he stops walking
"You changed.." You says and turn to him
He has a very confused look on his face.
"You stopped talking to me. Stopped hanging out with me. You didn't even come to my birthday!" At this point your screaming and crying
"[f/n].." He says calmly
"No!! Hinata you don't get it! You never stay up crying! You never sit there and wondered what you did wrong!" You yell and tears keep falling
Next thing you know your pulled into an embrace and lips connect to yours. Your eyes widen and you know it's Hinata, you slowly start to kiss back.
"Wanna know why?" He asks after pulling away
You nod.
"Because, I fell in love with you and didn't know how to feel about it, I was so afraid, so I pushed myself away." He says and looks down
"Oh Hinata." You say and give him a soft smile
His face turns into a deep red and he looks away
"So uh... [f/n]... Wanna uh go out?" He asks softly
You get a huge smile.
"I'd love too!" You say and hug him
