Tiffany
I hung up the phone after Tommy told me the news.

Adam is awake.

Tommy is right, I'm already regretting this.

But, it's for Adam's own good.

He can't keep getting hurt because of me.

I have no clue where I am and it's sundown.

I came across a little motel.

Perfect, I can ask where I am.

I went inside and I immediately got service.

"Hello miss, how can I help you?" He asked

"Hi, can you tell me where I am?" I asked.

"Oh! You're in Colorado!" He said

OK, that's far enough.

"Thanks. By the way, can I get a room?" I asked, taking my phone out to call Tommy.

Tommy is worried sick, Adam is probably confused, and Neil, who is definitely there, probably wants to kill me right now.

"For how long?" He asked.

"1 month." I said.

He gave me my key and I went to the car to get my stuff.

Other staff were nice and took it for me.

I called Tommy.

"Tommy, I found out where I am..."

"Where are you?"

"Colorado."

"Colorado?! Stay where you are, I'm coming for you now."

"Don't, Tommy. It's for Adam's own good."

"No, it isn't. We'll do something to stop your father. Just stay where you are, I'm coming for you."

"Tommy, please. I'm scared to go back there. Just stay with Adam. He's your best friend and he needs you." And I hung up the phone.

I really do feel guilty for not being there, but, it's for Adam's own good.

I go to my room and it's beautiful.

By beautiful, I mean, wood floors, brown walls, a king size mattress, a walk in closet.

I walk into the bathroom.

A Roman tub, two sinks, and a walk in shower.

OK, if I was rich, this would be my dream bedroom and bathroom.

Just like, seriously, who wouldn't want that?

I change into my pajamas and climbed into bed.

I laid there, thinking about Adam.

I'm regretting this, but, am I really doing this for Adam's own good?

Tommy
"Where is she?" Neil asked.

"Colorado." I said

"Colorado! How did she even get there?" Adam shouted.

I scratched my neck and said: "She took your car."

"She took my car! Oh, she better not wreck my car!" Adam shouted.

"Calm down, Adam." Neil said

Adam eventually calmed down.

"Can we get food? I'm hungry." Adam asked, sticking his tongue out the side of his mouth.

I look at Neil and Neil looked back at me.

"Can you get junk food?" Neil pointed to me.

"Sure, Neil. Call me when anything happens." I said.

"Taco Bell!" Neil shouted.

I put a thumbs up and walked out of Adam's hospital room.

I go to my car, turn it on, and head off to Taco Bell.

It took me about 25 minutes to find a Taco Bell.

Until I received a phone call from Neil.

"What's happening, Neil?" I ask in worry.

"Adam's heart rate started going really fast! They told me that he went into cardiac arrest!" Neil said in panic.

"I'm turning around now Neil! Stay on the phone with me!" I shouted as I made an illegal u-turn.

Neil stayed quiet.

I think doctors are speaking him.

"Tommy, they saved his life. But, he's not awake. He's not on anesthesia. He's in a coma." Neil said in sadden.

"Try calling that girl. Maybe she'll change her mind." Neil said and hung up the phone.

I dialed Tiffany's number.

"Pick up the phone Tiffany! Pick up the phone!" I shouted.

It went to voicemail.

I shouted in anger and threw my phone.

Except it went flying out the window.

I didn't care about the phone.

I cared about Adam.

My own best friend, in a coma.
