Will the witness Mrs Dennis come fowards please 'the judge says'. Mrs Dennis what is your relationship with Mrs Vermin? Well she is my neighbor and good friend. What can you tell us about her. She was always helping her best friend. And the way she was with little Christie was so sweet. Do you think that she deserves custody.

Yes I think she deserves custody because for as long i can remember she had Christie in her life. Mr. Jones might be the father but do we know how good he can provide for her. What if it turns out that he is a dangerous man. Four months is not comparable to almost an entire lifetime. Thank you Mrs Dennis. How dare she "Genny says with restrained anger '. The others give Mrs Dennis a dirty look. Will miss Daphne Rachel Jones please come fowards. Mrs. Jones you are not a relative of Mrs Laurens. Yes that's right. Why would you take her in? I love kids as you can see, I have eight of them my self. Why would I refuse one more. What Valentina said was wrong. William was always searching for his daughter. He has never given up the hope that he would find her. Are you saying this just because he is your husband. No of course not, when I met William he was already looking for his daughter! But William now has a large family so his dauhgter isn't that important. Of course she is, do you really thought that William had to be sad and lonely for the rest of his life 'Daphne says with restrained anger '. Louise also moved on with her life so why can't William do that! Why does Mr. Jones deserve parental authority? William is a good man and father, he would do anything for his children. And our family isn't complete without my new daughter Christie. Will Toby Cavanaugh please come fowards. Mr. Cavanaugh what is you relationship with the Jones family. The Jones are my in-laws. What can you tell us about Christina. During a hospital visit to my mother in law Valentina came to claim Christie. She told us that she had custody of her and she had run away. Monday moring i inmediatly searched police files to see if Christina Laurens was giving up as a missing person but i didn't find anything. According to Ms Vermin you forbid her to take Christie. I told her that she had to prove that she could take her and since she couldn't prove it I wasn't goign to give her to a stranger.

Why do you think that Mr. Jones deserves custody. I don't know the Jones family long but I think that William deserves custody, because he is the father of Christie and Valentina just a complete stranger that is claiming her for her own gain. And as future father I wouldn't want them to keep my child away from me. 

I am going in deliberation. May I say something. Come forward Mrs Laurens. When I first got there i couldn't get along well with my family. I was raised as an only child. My mother was always working, so i had to take care off my self so i was not used to rules. Once I got used to their rules i never wanted to leave. We might live with thirteen people in a small house but that doesn't matter. I'm glad I have been able to witness the birth of my little brother Noah and I can see him grow up. And that I'll soon will be an aunt and that my sister Melissa is going to live next to us and and we'll have an even bigger family. And that I can play every day with my brothers and sisters. And that I can finally say that I have a father. 

Thank you Mrs Laurens I will take this in consideration. Okay ladies and gentlemen I have come to an decision that ... Suddenly the doors flies open and Louise's lawyer walks in. Judge before you make a decision, I have a document that indicates that William has custody. Which document! 'Valentina says surprised '. I would like to read that document. The judge reads the document. Aha this document changes everything 'the judge mumbles. I hereby i declare that the custody of Christina Laurens goes to the father William Jones. Everyone erupts in cheers and Christie hugs her father. Not much later the rest comes to give her a hug. No this can't be happening 'Valentina yells angry'. You have signed this document yourself Mrs Vermin. You guys did this with that so-called fan 'Valentina says angry '. You send that girl to me with that biography. I don't know what you're talking about 'Phil says'. 

Let's go home 'William says'. Wait a minute! You can't take her because she signed a contract for the reality show 'Valentina says with a chuckle'. She shows William the contract. Yes but in the contract it says that because she is underage she needs the consent of her guardian to participate, since you are no longer her guardian is this contract is no longer valid 'William says and rips the contract'. You will pay for this, if you guys hadn't fooled me with that document i could have gotten away with those false custody papers! Before she can realise what she said, she is arrested by the police. Mrs Vermin you are under arrest for committing fraud 'the agent says and put her in handcuffs. I will get you for this! 'Valentina screams whille she  is dragged away'. 

The plan was successful thanks to Meryl 'Phil says'. What are you talking about 'William asks'. You know the fan Valentina was talking about that was Meryl. Really? 'Christie says surprised'. Phillip Raymond Jones what have you've done! It doesn't matter anymore mom we have Christie back. You're not getting away with it so easy mister you are grounded for two weeks. Make it a week sweetie because without his plan we couldn't have gotten Christie back. Oke you get a week 'Daphne says strict'. She gets a message from Lydia: congratulations girl see you soon xoxo Lydia.

Once outside Christie sees Meryl. I just heard that you get to stay with your father congratulations 'Meryl says uncertain'. Christie gives her a hug. Thanks Meryl for what you have done you are a good friend. This means that we are friends again. Yes of course together we are going to make it the best year ever.

Welcome Home Christie. When she enters she sees that the whole house is decorated. Grandma and Grandpa emerge. Congratulations sweetheart. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa. Where is Noah? He is in the playpen. She walks to the corner of the room where Noah in laying and picks him up. You've become so big. She cuddles her little brother and puts him back in the playpen. Cece it's great to see you again 'Christie says and cuddles her too. Christie I have another surprise for you 'William says'. They walk together to the attic. When you were here I told you that there was a leak but that wasn't true. He opens the door. Welcome to your room. Oh how fantastic 'Christie says emotional '. Dad has worked day and night to get it done and the girls have decorated the room for you 'Phil says'. Thank you dad 'Christie says and gives her father a hug. I didn't do this alone your brothers also helped. Yes I was handing dad tools 'Liam says proud'. She gives them all a hug. She wants to give the girls a hug when she suddenly asks: Melissa do you think it's oke if i get your bedroom 'Christie asks concerned'. Of course not lovely sister. She takes a sigh of relief and gives the girls a hug.

Christie we want to talk to you. They walk to the dining room in and sit down. We have been thinking about it and we thought it was best if I file for legal guardianship. I am not doing this to to take your mothers place. But if something would happen to your father, I would be able to make decisions about you 'Daphne says'. So they can't take you away if that is the case 'William says'. You are like a mother to me Daphne so why not and there is no way that I want to go true all off this again. Thank god 'Daphne says and takes a sign of relief'.
