Chapter 4 - The Insight

Xavier woke up to his phone ringing like crazy in his ear making headache he had from drinkin so much last night even worse. The last thing he remembers is getting a bottle of Jack Daniels from someone he knew it didn’t take him long to polish it off as he was use to the burn that went with dark whiskey now just not use to drinkin it that fast. He looked at time before even looking at who was callin him when he saw it was nearly 12 he wondered what to do til 7 when he needed to clock in. He looked at his phone again to see 15 missed calls from his mom and another 5 from yogi he deleted them all and decided to call yogi later. He then started to go though his numbers to see which girl he could go and “play” with today. He decided to Teresa even though he knew that she would just say no but he has been surprised in the past before.

Teresa’s POV

Teresa saw her phone ringing and saw it was Xavier she wanted to act like she didn’t love him anymore but she would just be lying to herself because after the first time they had sex she saw him with other girls at times and he would ignore her but she didn’t care til she walked in on him one day. She remembers it perfectly she was going to go see him before he went to work since he worked at the track it was very much like the graveyard shift for him she had asked her dad for a ride to his house since he said he was probably going to be sleeping at the time. Teresa was welcome in Xaviers house to where she had her own key and would walk in but this time it was different she only saw his Mazada outside and saw two shadows moving around in his bedroom. When she stepped in the house and heard the sounds being made she knew what Xavier was doing but didn’t want to believe it so went up to his room and found him going full force into some chick that moved down the street from him that he barely knew. When he heard his door open he saw her and freaked out. Teresa’s little brother Jorge saying “he is calling you I hope you know” and walked off she picked up her phone “what do you want Xavier???” full of venom. “I was wondering what you are doing today because sorta hoping it would be me just kidding but I have some to kill before work and thought you might want to do something.” He answered calmly as if nothing happened. Teresa could pretty much smell the whiskey though the phone because he only called when he was drunk the night before or got so high he didn’t remember they broke up. Teresa simply said “A. your joke wasn’t funny B. you are hung over and want to bone something so you came to me and if B was wrong then C. your hung over and bored” she already what he wanted but what he said took her by surprise as she heard Xavier say “You are right im hung over but I miss you so thought we could go maybe get lunch which will be my breakfast what do you say be sorta like the old days.” She wanted to scream in excitement and joy but calmly said “sure why not ill be ready in 30 minutes but you can come before that.”

Xaviers POV

His trick worked at times Teresa showed she still loved him even though she ended it shortly after she caught him but he never mentioned how he knew she was sleeping with 2 other guys but he never cared since she was his first for quite a few things. He sat up got into the driver seat and drove to her house which was just 5 minutes away. When he got there he merely walked inside Teresa’s family kept going as usual as he went to her room to see if she went in the shower yet to see if he could join her.  He heard the water so he simply grabbed some clothes of his he always left there and went to the bathroom he knew the door would be locked so he pulled out his swiss army knife and unlocked the door. Teresa heard him unlock the door she recognized it from when he use to sneak in her room just to see her at night when she was grounded.  He was use to seeing him in only his boxers so when he walked in she went on as normal. “hey Tere did you miss me???” Xavier whispered in her ear she instantly chirped “I thought you would never show up could you have taken any longer??” Xavier ignored the sarcasm in her comment and wrapped his arms around her and bit her neck knowing that she both hated and enjoyed it. Xavier heard a small moan be let out and then picked her up put her where he was then went on to actually take a shower he looked back only to see Teresa pouting he loved when she did.

After he finished which was quick he went to her room and pulled out his spare clothes he kept in a drawer in her room. After he got the bottom half of himself dressed he threw himself on her bed got comfortable while she finished showering and getting ready. He flipped though the channels bored til he hears Teresa’s door open to see her stroll in drop the towel after closing door she then did a little twist making sure Xavier was watching. He hated when she did that so he would sneak up on her and bite her neck in a certain spot that only he knew about and when he did it she would faint into his arms pretty much. Except he didn’t do it this time he let it go for right now but would do it later and as Teresa got dressed he was thinking of places to go with her but couldn’t think of anything since he was distracted with the tv and Teresa. When he was about to space out again she asked “So Xavier where are we going to eat???” he looked at her puzzled and said innocently with a sly smile “I have no clue how about you??? Hahahahahah but I was thinking something what do you think??” Teresa gave him a look she made when ever he said something that annoyed her or was sexual and he loved whenever she did but she then answered “yea why not where do you think we could go???? “ Xavier had a place in mind his uncle works there and he remember going there before. “How about P.F. Changs my uncle Sonny works there so we should be able to get in fast and cheaper you want but I got it all covered.” Teresa agreed without a second thought.

Teresa’s POV

Xavier was always so sweet to me even after we broke up I guess he really did love me after all I remember how a lot of times he would call me and ask if he could come to my house because he felt lonely and even though I was in pain I said yes because he was different and it still surprised me that I was his first girlfriend because now he has girls throwing themselves at him but he is never happy with any of them. He once told me that he was trying to find one like me but never could and it made me swell up with joy but also sadness because I thought I would lose him but when he did stuff like this I knew I wouldn’t. And while I was thinking of all this I didn’t notice him trying to be a racecar driver I guess he saw me spaced out and started to do it because he knew I hated it. But the place he was taking me too was about 30 minutes away and he hated traffic so he loved to do this it also helped him practice for when he raced at the racetrack he works at. When we were in the area of where the restaurant is he called his uncle to see if he was working or not when he heard that he had the day off he asked if he wanted to come with us but he said he was good but wouldn’t mind seeing nephew since he barely did so he made a small detour and this was the first time I was going to meet the Xavier’s uncle. When we pulled up up to where his uncle lived it didn’t seem like the safest of places but Xavier was use to places like this since he grew up in places like this when he was little. When we got out the car I felt his arm quickly go around my waist as my heart fluttered he pulled me close to him all while staring blanking forward. The second we got inside the small apartment building I smelled mildew and other things but he said that his uncles place smelled better and he was somewhat right but I could tell his uncle smoked weed because I smelled it right away Xavier made me sensitive to it since he use to smoke a lot til I convinced him to stop and he didn’t really want to but did anyways. They talked for a couple minutes when he introduced me he said “Sonny this is my girl Teresa she is quiet the looker no???” I was taken by surprise by what he said but just said hi and shook his hand while smiling they then went on talking about a lot of things and I just stood there holding onto Xavier like the old days but I could tell he didn’t mean what he said it’s just he didn’t want to explain anything to anyone but Xavier ended the conversation fast since I could hear his stomach growling but as he was about to say bye to his uncle he bit me in a place he only knows about and the sensation was unlike any other and I practically fainted because so overtaken with pleasure but as I fell into Xavier’s arms I saw his sly smile and I knew he was getting me back for earlier he just then picked me up bridal style said bye and went back to the car.

Xavier’s POV

I bit her so she wouldn’t be able to do anything while I drove the rest of the way to the restaurant when we got there she woke up oddly enough but I was glad and the hostess who was there seemed to remember a night with me so I didn’t even have to wait but when Teresa noticed that she became very territorial and gave her look as if she was gonna kill her I just sat there and watched. When we got to the table I ordered the octopus tentacles to start. Right as it was coming I felt my phone vibrate I checked and it was my boy Julio I stepped outside while picking up my phone “Was good Julio??” I heard in his voice that he just woke up as he said “We got a problem boss something happened at the site”
