Chapter 15

Naomi POV/ 3 weeks later

I was in the bathroom spraweld over the toilet throwing up. Chris comes into the bathroom with Niema sleep in his arms.

" You pregnant?" he says.

" No I ain't pregnant." I say getting up flushing the toilet.

" It look like it you been throwing up for the pass couple of weeks.

" Chris I ain't pregnant." I say washing my hands.

" Well we going to find out today." he says smirking.

" What you mean?" I say.

" I made you an appointment at 2:30pm." he says walking out the bathroom.

" Chris!" I say.

" What I need to know whats wrong with you. So go ahead and take your shower and stuff I will get Ema ready." he says walking out the room.

I get my stuff then go take a shower then put on my pink shirt with some jeans and my pink adidas then put my hair in a messy bun. I come out the bathroom to see Chris and Ema watching t.v.

" Yall ready?" I say grabbing my stuff..

" Yes mommy." Ema says walking up to me.

" Then lets go babygirl." I say picking her up and walking out the door.

We stop at Chick-Fil-A then go to the doctors office. When we get there I had to do all this paper work when they finally called our name. 

" Naomi Brown." she says.

I get up and hand Chris Niema and we head to the back.

" Hello Naomi I haven't seen you in this office in a long time." Doctor Shanks says shaking me and Chris hand.

" I didn't want to be back in here." I say making her laugh.

" Well lets get started on some test." she say.

I do the test and she leaves out to run the test when she comes back in the room.

" Well you is definitely pregnant." she says coming in the door.

I just smile while Chris and Niema are hi fiving each other.

" So you know the drill." she says putting the cold gel on my stomach.

I look at the screen and start tearing up.

" Here he or she is." Dr. Shanks says pointing to where the baby is.

I just smile and the rest of the time we just talk about the pregnancy and things like that. We come out the clinic and Chris wraps his arm around me.

" What I say that you was pregnant right?" he says smiling.

" Shutup but Ema are you happy your going to have a little brother or sister." I say taking her from Chris.

She nods her head and smiles.

" You want a brother or sister?" I say putting her in her car seat.

" A brother!" she exclaims.

" A brother huh." I say getting in the car.

" Whats going to be his name Ema?" Chris says driving off.

" Your name daddy." she says sipping from her sippy cup.

" You want the baby to be my name." he says.

" Yes then we can call him Jr!" she exclaims clapping and smiling.

I smile and look at Chris who is laughing. We have a great family and now we adding on a new member cant wait to tell everybody.

 Chris POV/ Couple months later

Today we find out the sex of the baby and im praying its a boy. When Naomi jump from out her sleep.

" Are you ok?" I say raising my eyebrow.

" Feel this." she says putting my hand on her stomach.

I just smile while I feel feet kicking my hand when Niema runs in the room.

" Mommy are you ok?" Niema says getting on the bed.

" Yea baby. Daddy just feeling the baby." she says.

" I want to feel." Niema says.

Naomi takes her hand and puts it on her stomach and Niema face literally light up.

" Why he stop kicking? Is the baby hurt?" Niema says taking her hand off Naomi stomach.

" The baby not hurt he/she is just taking a break." I say getting off the bed.

" Oh well bye-bye then." Niema says getting off the bed and leaving the room drinking out her sippy cup.

Niema POV

" You ready for today?" Chris says going into the closet.

" Yea can't wait to find out what the baby going to be." I say walking into the bathroom.

" Man I cant believe we bout to have another baby." he says walking into the bathroom.

" Me neither I remember when I was pregnant with Ema." I say turning the shower water on.

" Mhm. I don't want too remember." he says walking out the bathroom.

I bust out laughing.

" Man that ain't funny you had me going crazy. I swear." he says shaking his head.

" Well you want me to get your daughter dress when I get out the shower." I say.

" Yea." he says.

I get in the shower then get out lotion down my body then put on my white sweater with my jeans with my red and white vans then put my hair in a bun. My stomach has grown so much and I can't believe im already 5 months. I come out the bathroom and go into Niema room when she runs up to me and touches my stomach.

" Ready to take your bath?" I say.

" Yes. We need to hurry though cause I want to know if im going to have a baby brother." she says running into the bathroom.

" Ema are you ready for Halloween though?" I say.

" I'm so excited because Ms. Tasha said that we can wear our costumes to daycare." she says playing with her bath toys.

" Oh really what you going to be for Halloween?' I say washing her up.

" Ummm I want to be a Tiana from princess and the frog." she says.

" Awww baby you will look so cute." I say.

She smiles and then kisses my cheek.

" Love you mommy." she says.

" Love you too babygirl." I say getting her out the tub.

Man this little girl is my everything I wouldn't trade anything for her. I put on her grey shirt with her black jeans and her grey and white vans with her black jean jacket.

" Lets go see if daddy ready." I say picking her up.

" Daddy you look nice.' Ema says reaching her arms out to Chris so he can pick her up.

" Thanks baby girl." he says taking her away from me.

" Ayee babe you got her stuff and don't we got to get Christian today?" I say grabbing my things.

" Shit." he says.

" Watch your mouth around my baby." I say giving Niema her sippy cup.

" I mean shoot." he says.

" Well we can get him after we come from the doctors. Ema you want your brother to come over?" I say walking out the door.

" Yes." she says says laying her head on Chris chest.

We get to the clinic and doctor Shanks calls us in right away. We do our normal routine then she smiles.
