The Day Lucy forgot

Chapter 1: Does she like me?

It was a normal day in the guild. Gray was being a stripper as always, Juvia is staring at Gray and calling him "Darling", Erza was on the floor trying to not cry after she dropped her cake. I was trying to find my partner Lucy. I haven't seen her all morning. I told her we had to go on a job today, so that she can pay rent this month. "Happy, go see if Luce is at her apartment!" I yelled. 'She better hurry' I thought to myself. "NATSU! Where are you?!" Gray screamed. Great now I have to deal with Ice Princess..

"What do you want?! Wanna fight, Ice Princess!?"

"You're on, Flame brain!"

All of a sudden, Lucy walked into the guild before the fight. "Natsu, Gray! No fighting!" Said Erza giving us a terrifying look. "Yes ma'am!" We said together. Lucy stopped in her tracks when Erza yelled at us. "Good morning, Luce!" I said and as I ran and hugged her. She looked surprised I did that. "What's with you Natsu? You've been hugging me every time you see me."

"You loooooovvvvve her!" Yelled Happy as he came into the guild.

"I just like hugging you.." I said then I blushed at her.

I ran to the job request to see if there was a job that would be enough to pay Lucy's rent. There was one with bandits. '200,000 should be enough'. "Natsu did you find a job yet?" Lucy came as she walked up to me. She smells really good.. Like strawberry cake... "Uhh yea, how about this bandit one? It doesn't look hard." I said turning around and facing her. "How much is it?" She said with her head tilt.

"200,000 that should be enough, right?"

"That's perfect! Let's go! Come on Happy we have a job to go to!"

"Aye sir!"

We arrived at the train. Ugh, why do we have to always take the train..."Luce I don't want to go on the train...lets just walk!" I wined. "No way Natsu! It would take us a whole week to get there! By train it takes 4 hours and then we can get a hotel while we are there." She told me.

As we sat down in our seats on the train, I already felt sick. I always hated being like this. 'Why do I always get motion sickness?'. Lucy sat next to me, while Happy sat across from us. "Natsu, you can lay ur head in my lap if you want too. I won't mind." Oh god.. What should I do? Ahhhhhh! Fuck it! I laid my head down on her lap. "Thank...you...Luce..." I said feeling like I had to throw up. Then I realized that Lucy was putting her fingers through my hair. I was in shock, then I looked at Happy and realized he noticed too. Does Lucy like me?
