~The Un-Believers~

"I walked home from school a few days ago and I swear I thought something was following me." I told my mom.

"Lilian, I'm sure it was nothing. Don't get to paranoid about things like this, alright". My mom commented. She gave me the look. The look that burns into my eyes, the look that tells me to stop.

"But I'm being serious, I. -" before I could finish my sentence my mom interrupted me.

"No, stop it there is nothing out there and there is certainly nothing following you, understand?" Mom shot back, not considering the fact that her only child could have a stalker.

"But mom-."

"No, no more talking about this, now. Do you understand me?" She was done, there was no use in arguing with her anymore.

I.

Had.

Lost.

"Yes, ma'am." I didn't even hide the disappointment in my voice.

"Good, now go clean your room." She walks away, leaving me alone in the small air tight space. I walk up the stairs to my room, each step got heavier and heavier as my dread grew more intense.

Ugh, I hate it when people don't believe me. I know there was something out there following me, I could feel it. I hope that creeper or whatever it was doesn't follow me tomorrow.

"Lillian, you need to go to bed now it's almost ten o'clock. I hope you cleaned up your room young lady." My mom shouted from downstairs, her voice sounded faint.

"Ok, and yes I did finish cleaning my room."

"Good, good night." I could hear her footsteps retreat back to the living room. Then the sound of the TV turning on.

"Good night".

Ah! why does it matter if my room is clean or not? It wasn't even dirty in the first place, Oh well.

NEXT MORNING

Buzzzz, my alarm clock goes off.

**Yawn**

I turn off the alarm and looked down at my phone that was laying safely on my night stand.

It was six thirty and I got a text message. It read:

To: Lillian

From: Daniel

**Good morning gorgeous ;)

Time sent: 6:00am

Weird sense when does he give me good morning texts and tells me I'm gorgeous? I think to myself as I type him a reply.

To: Daniel

From: Lillian

**Why did you call me gorgeous?

Sent time: 6:35am

I should get ready.

"Lillian, come down stairs and eat your breakfast." Mom calls from down the stairs.

"Alright , Mom give me a few I still have to get ready." I call back

"Well hurry up!." Then she retreats from the bottem of the stairs.

A few moments later I make my way down stairs and enter into the dinning room.

"Well go on, eat." Mom says as soon as I sit down into a chair.
