Once I woke up I realized that I had to hurry because I had ten minutes to get dressed before I walked to the bus stop. I decided to wear a tie-dye tank top and black booty shorts. They were the only things I could find that wouldn't be to hot since it was late Springtime.
When I got to school I waited for Chris. 20 minutes later he arrived. I can't believe he was late! "I'm so sorry I was late Alex, my mom had to take me to grab something I left in the park yesterday when I took my sister. Also my car broke down so it took forever to get here since I can't go on my fe—. I mean since it would take even longer by foot." Chris said.
"What do you mean on your feet Chris? I'm serious please don't keep secrets from me. We are dating and I haven't kept anything from you." I told him.
"I can't tell you right now but after school we can to your house and I will explain. Is that okay?" He said. "Fine but please don't lie to me about it. Okay. See you after school." I said. After our conversation I walked off, annoyed by his "secret".
School went by a lot faster than I thought it would, and eventually I was in seventh period. Which of course was gym, and Eric was there too. We both stood by each other as usual and waited for instructions. Today everyone had to do laps then jump rope because it was a special thing we do for a charity.
After class we met up together behind the school and he told me, "if I tell you my secret you have to promise you won't tell ANYONE." "Okay I promise I won't." I told him seriously. "Fine, I'll tell you. I'm a.....a....a-vampire." He said studdering. "A WHAT! HOW COULD YOU HAVE NOT TOLD ME?! I'm sorry I'm just soooo surprised.
