*Days later and its friday*
Riley POV
Lucas: Ready for school?
Riley: Yeah
I look down , but he lifts my head up
Lucas: Don't worry , I'm going to be by your side I promise
Riley: Are you sure or your going to run off with maya?
Lucas: Riley it was just a kiss nothing else
Riley: Promise?
Lucas: Promise.
Riley: okay lets just get to school.
*At school*
I got to school , people weren't looking at me anymore its like that rumor is gone.
Riley: I'll be right back I'm going to the restroom.
Lucas: Okay I'll be here
I walk away to the restroom , and i see missy
Missy: Hey riley I stopped those rumors
Riley: Thanks
Missy: I also brought you this
She grabs something out of her bag, Its a blade and a beer.
Missy: I thought you mind of need it
Riley: Thanks
I grab it and start drinking the beer.
Missy: You know riley having you as a sidekick isnt so bad
She grabs a cigarette and starts smoking.
Riley: Thanks
Missy: You wanna ditch first period
Riley: I don't know , Lucas told me i shouldnt ditch
Missy: Why are you listening to him? He kissed you best friend behind your back
Riley: It was just a little kiss.
Missy: Riley the real truth is , They made out. It wasnt just a kiss.
Riley: I think i need to talk to him
Missy: Wait. Don't just randomly tell him you know , make him admit it.
Riley: Your right , See you in 2nd period?
Missy: okay
I put my blade in my pocket and my beer in the trash. I leave the restroom , I go back to lucas but hes talking to maya.
Riley: I need to talk to you guys like now
Maya: Whats wrong?
Riley: I know about what happen between you and lucas
Maya: Lucas you told her we made out?
Riley: Oh so it was a made out. not a just a little kiss.
Lucas: Okay fine it was but I promise it didn't mean anything
Riley: Yeah okay , If you guys like each other so much why don't you guys date?
Maya: Riley why are you acting like this?
Riley: Acting like what? Acting like you before you were trying to become like me
Maya: Okay ill admit I was trying to be like you but only cause I was growing close to your family
Riley: Maybe too close since you had sex with my uncle josh
