Aries lead the thirty rabbits from Berry Cove along a man-made footpath. Aries's Owsla was positioned on the outsides of the line of rabbits, escorting them. They reached a place called Ring Gate that lay slap-bang between What was left of Berry Cove and Efrafa. The rabbits quickly settled into their new home.
"Sherwood is dead, who shall be leader?..." Asked a rabbit called Pisces (a flimsy, gold and ginger rabbit).
Aries pointed his right front paw at Shark Heart who was playing with his brother and sister. All the other rabbits agreed,
"Ra, I am a hawk, and I am going to eat you all up!" shouted Shark Heart as he chased them and some other bunnies.
"Shark Ra" cheered all of the rabbits.
Shark Heart stopped and looked around, "what?..." Wondered Shark Heart who was not really paying attention to what was being said before,
"The other rabbits and I have voted you the leader, do you accept?" Quizzed Aries with a smile.
Shark Heart smiled back, "Aye" he grinned. All the rabbits cheered,
"Let's party!" Yelled Shark Heart.
Captain Campion and Vervain were still walking around at night. When they came across a large warren they had never seen before,
"Is that it?" Asked Vervain,
"I think so" whispered Campion. They both walked forward towards the warren. Two huge rabbits stood guard at the entrance of Ring Gate. They spotted the two captains, on the man-made footpath, leading up to Ring Gate,
"Oi, you! what are you doing here?" One asked harshly.
"We are lone rabbits, we are running from humans, can you help us?" Asked Campion, pretended to look helpless and afraid.
The two huge rabbits nodded up and down then let them in, "thank you" sighed Campion gratefully as Vervain cowardly plodded after him.
"Maybe run by Shark, to let him know you are here," advised the other huge rabbit.
Campion bowed his head to the rabbits that guarded the warren. Vervain glanced over his shoulder at the rabbits guarding the entrance,
"Poor guarding" criticised Vervain aloud.
A loud, impulsive laugh coming from behind Campion and Vervain that caused them to turn around. It was Aries, standing with sass before scoffing,
"Throw them out!" Ordered Aries, to the guards that accompanied him.
The guards grabbed them ruffly and threw them both into the bushes.
"That's them..." Muttered Campion, shaking off the leaves,
"We must tell the general" added Vervain, licking his paw.
The enemy rabbits both crept off into the shadows.
