POB's Art Battles

Hello, you person I might know or might not yet know or might not know that I might not yet know you and welcome to our fabulous art contests.

My name is Alice (RottenRiceball) and those two girls staring and growling at you are AJ (ShortBirxd) and Kylie (pastelhecc).

In this installment we shall test your mad skillz and originality through art. All three of us will be judging your art and believe me, those two have some high standards.

How this'll go:

1) Every month there will be a theme/ keywords/ etc. which you will have to put into an artwork

2) You will write a comment, on the chapter of the newest contest, that you're participating and also when you are finished.

3) You will upload your artwork in a book of your choice here on wattpad and will tag this account (PastelOnigiriBirxd)

4) Sit back and relax as we helplessly try to decide who is gonna win, because life decisions are hard

Schedule:

1st of month: Announcement of this month's theme for the contest.

11th of month: Reminder of deadline (chapter will be deleted after end of contest).

19th: Reminder of deadline (chapter will be deleted after end of contest).

22nd of month: Deadline. A chapter acknowledging the end will go up. Any drawings received after that are not allowed to participate.

23rd - 25th of month: first voting

27th - 28th of month: second voting

Last day of month (30th/ 31st): A chapter with the winners and honorable mentions will go up.

Rules:

1) To be allowed to enter a contest, you will have to add this book to one of your reading lists. Adding it once will give you access to every contest hosted on here. It's only a small thing to do, but it'll help us out a lot

If you're not the type to have reading lists, a follow works the same way and is highly appreciated. (Alice out)

2) Your username has to be present on your piece or you will be disqualified.

The name can be written on the piece, added digitally or, if it's traditional, you can simply put a piece of paper with your username on it next/ on your piece before you take a picture.

3) Be fair too all artists. Helpful tips are fine, but don't bash someone for winning/ entering/ or anything else. Also learn to take tips or constructive criticism.

4) When you enter, you are required to vote. [See below to learn more] You can not vote for yourself.

Judging:

When you enter, no matter what there will be three category's your drawing can win first place (or the others) in. Your drawing will automatically be entered for them all. It IS possible to win in more then one category.

The category's are: Creativity, Votes/ Fan Favorite, Top Picture.

Creativity:
The first category is simple. In this we judge how creative you are, not on art. This way it gives a chance for all to be in!

Top Picture:

This category will focus exclusively on your mad skillz of creating art. Be it clean linework, coloring or the overall ascetic of your work, this'll be the category for it!

Votes:

We have decided to make these contests interactive, so there'll always be a prize for the fan favorite. The votings will be during judgment week.

23rd - 25th is the first voting. We will put up one (or several) chapters with every entry.

27th - 28th is the second voting. We will put up all the entries that have successfully reached the finale.

Everybody (not only the people who have submitted art) will have the chance to vote on their favorite art piece. Obviously the one with the most votes will win in this category.

Everybody has only one vote and you can't vote for yourself!

1st:

~Your winning picture will be drawn by a artist of your choose.

All the winners and honorable mentions will get constructive critizism by the one that is currently writing the chapter.
