~...The Next Day At The Guild...~

Lucy POV

Lucy was at the Guild again. Natsu and Gray were busy fighting, with Wendy trying to stop them. She was obviously failing, while Carla was telling her to stop. Happy was trying to give Carla fish, but also failing. Erza was somewhere unknown. Typical day in Fairy Tail.

"Can I have another strawberry milkshake?" I ask the bartender, Mira.

"Sure," she smiled sweetly before making the milkshake. "So, was Natsu at your house yesterday?"

"N-nope," I lie, "Nobody was there, only me. Yup."

"So did you kick him out?"

"Y-yeah,"

"No you didn't." She smiled knowingly. I sighed. "I knew it!"

"Can we drop this Mira?"

"Why?"

"He's Natsu." I say with fake disgust.

"Well you go catch yourself a boyfriend. See how wrong it feels, and how Natsu reacts."

"Good idea! I'll try Gray!"

"EW! Ew, ew. He's like your brother!" She scrunches her face. "Also, Juvia..."

"Yeah, nevermind..."

"How about Loke?"

"Good idea!!" I step off of the stool, and take Loke's key out. "Open, Gate of the Lion! Loke!"

"Hello, beautiful!" Loke says. Maybe I shouldn't do this... what a player.

"Hey Loke!" I subtly pushed up my breasts a bit. "Would you.. maybe... wanna go out to dinner..? Like on a date?"

"Eh"

I glare at him. "What?"

"Oh nothing, I just.. can't..."

"Why?!"

"Well I can't betray a friend, right?"

"I guess, but- wait?! Which friend?!"

"Uhhhhhh......"

"Who?!?!"

"Taurus?"

"WHAT?! ONE, EW, TWO, WHO?!"

He pushed up his glasses and in a cloud of golden dust, he left.

Come on! He's a player, and he doesn't even think I'm a good catch?!

"Hey Mira, am I a bad catch?"

"Of course not!"

"Really? Because the biggest player just said no to a date with me!"

"Oh come on, not even one person likes you?" She says, knowingly, implying Natsu likes me.

"Natsu doesn't like me!"

"Yeah, yeah," she smirks. "Hey Levy!"

"Hm?" She walked over.

"Would you tell Lucy why nobody will go on a date with her?"

"Really Mira?" I mumbled.

"Well, Lu, you're taken." She stated bluntly.

"What?! No!?" Who was I taken by?

"Maybe she needs to hear this from a male's perspective..." Mira says. On no... "Gray! Could you come over here for a sec?"

I looked over at the boys, who seemed to be done fighting. Well... Actually Natsu seems to be picking a fight with Gajeel now. Idiot.

"Yeah? You needed something?" Gray walked over.

"Um.. Ew!" Levy said, scrunching her nose. "I guess it's needed, though. Dense idiots."

"What's needed?" Gray asked, curious.

Levy and Mira smirked. "So, Gray, what do you think of Lucy? As a woman?"

"What?" Then the 2 girls and Gray whispered for a few seconds. I couldn't understand them.

"Well..." He scanned me with his eyes, looked at Mira, then to me again, and said, "Definitely pretty, can be a little scary at times, a good fighter and fun girl in general. A good partner for our team."

"But would you go out with her?" One of the girls asked, I don't know which one though, I was too busy being embarrassed.

"No way! Mavis, you guys are ridiculous!" Gray said. "She's taken, you guys know that!"

"Why the hell not?" I ask, offended. It's not like I wanna date him though, ew. "And I am not taken!!"

"You're Natsu's girl, plus Juvia would kill me," Hahaha, she would kill him! Also me.. don't wanna do that..!And- WAIT WHAT?!

"WHAT?! Natsu's... girl?! Mira, you're taking this too far!"

"It's not just Mira who thinks this, Gray agrees, so do I!" Levy giggled.

"Ugh!"

"It's actually known around the guild. It's a thing now. Like how everyone knows Mokarov's gonna perv on girls, and how Erza beats you up if you misbehave." Gray states.

"You guys need to stop getting into my love-life!"

"Who's love-life?" A voice said.

Perfect.

Absolutely perfect.

"Im out, bye." Gray said, not wanting to be in this conversation, knowing it's not the best idea to be there. If only I could leave, too.

"Hey Luce!" Natsu sat down next to me. The girls giggled. "Who's love life? And why are we all huddled here?"

"Can't you go back to fighting?" I said, annoyed.

"Nah I'm done for the day," He stated. "I fought Gray, Gajeel, and..." He shivered. "Erza.."

"Oh, she finally showed up. Im sure that was a... good fight.. where is she?"

"Eating cake, she came back from the bakery with a few. She isn't willing to share, sadly."

"Oh ok." I said.

"Hey Natsu! Come here!" Happy said, excited about something I don't care about.

"What lil buddy?" He said as getting up, leaving.

"Ooooh!" The two girls giggled.

"Oh, shut up!" I said annoyed. "I promise you, we will not be together! Watch me. I'll prove it."

"Okay," Mira said. "We will watch, and we will see." Levy nodded.

I regretted my words immediately.
