CHAPTER 1

Y/N P.O.V

"WHERE ARE YOU! YOU LITTLE BRAT!" I was hiding under my bed hoping he would get tired and stop looking. Ever since mommy died he's been hitting me a lot because im a bunny hybrid. I always try to hide from him but it barely works. But since I'm so small I'm able to find a new hiding place every day it's not that good and I've used it before.

But today he came home all weird again, hiccuping between sentences. When he's like this he forgets things and can't see very well. But it also makes him hit me harder. "YOU BETTER COME OUT RIGHT NOW OR I'LL GET THE KNIFE!!" I winced when he said he'll get the knife. Tears started running down my face.

The last thing I knew I was getting yanked from under the bed. "GOTCHA YOU LITTLE WASTE! You thought you could hide from me you know I'll always find you. He dragged me down to the place I feared the most. The basement. He literally threw me down the stairs. I hit every step causing a lot of bruises.

I tried to get up but he kicked me down. He started kicking me over and over again making me cough up blood. He pulled out a knife and started cutting my arms, legs, stomach, and worst my bunny ears. After he finished he walked up the stairs and slammed the door shut and left me there in my own pool of blood.

I couldn't move I was beat up really badly. I laid there and cried my E/C eyes out. Somehow I managed to fall asleep.

SAM P.O.V

I woke up that morning to the sounds of arguing coming from downstairs. I groaned and got up to see the trouble. "Taurtis! Taurtis what's going on!" "WE ARE NOT PUTTING DOUGH BOY IN THE OVEN!" That sounded like Grian. I walked downstairs to find a frustrated Grian and Taurtis.

"What's going on in here? What are you guys doing?" Taurtis spoke up first. "I am just trying to give Dough boy a tan but Grian won't let me!" "I won't let you because if you put him in the oven he'll die!" "That's a myth Grian everyone knows that." Taurtis and Grian argued about this until it was time to go to school.

We were walking to school when i saw Dom jumping from building to building on his way to school. "Dom thinks he's so cool just because he's jumping off buildings anyone could do that." I said. "I bet you couldn't Sam." Taurtis stated. "Yes i would i would be able to beat him easily." I argued. "I'm with Sam on that one. He's a bunny hybrid they can jump high and they can run really fast." "Thank you Grian!"I exclaimed.

"I don't care if he is some rare bunny hybrid. Dom could still whoop his butt." Taurtis said. I have pure white bunny ears which is very rare for a bunny hybrid. And being a bunny hybrid is uncommon in general since before people started accepting hybrids people would try to kill them off.

Now bunny hybrids are uncommon. And there are still a lot of people who want to get rid of us. "Why don't you put your Toritos where your mouth is." Grain teased. "Fine if Dom wins you have to give me 20 yen and vis versa." They shook hands and they called Dom over. "What's up?" Dom asked.

They told him their bet. "And what do I get out of this?" He asked. "Hey I what something out of this too!" I exclaimed. "Okay what do you guys want?" Taurtis asked. "I want Sam to be my servant for a day." "And I want to wear Dom's hat for the day." We shook hands and climbed up onto a roof. "Okay so the first one who gets to the school first wins."Grain said. "We're going to be at the end waiting for you. And when i shoot this gun you start." Taurtis explained.

BANG!

We heard the gun shot and we were off. Dom was in front of me but I managed to catch up quickly. Dom was better at parkour than me so he would be in front sometimes but thanks to my speed I was able to catch up. We were getting closer to the school and I was in front we could see Taurtis and Grian. I was going to win.

But then Dom tripped me and I fell to the ground I looked up to see Dom climbing down the building. 'WELP I guess this is where my talent comes in.' I thought. I got up and ran towards the edge of the building and jumped off. I'm able to jump really high and really far. I jumped over the street and landed in front of Grian and Taurtis.

Their mouths were hanging open. "What?" I asked innocently. Dom came up behind me and I took his hat and put on. And Taurtis gave Grian the money.

We were walking back home after school and were just talking. "Guys do you think me and Jerry should combine our companies?"Taurtis asked. "You mean his Jerrykats and your Toritos?" I asked him. "Haven't you learned your lesson from when you got sued by Mr.Dorito!!" Grian exclaimed. Taurtis made an arguing statement but I was no longer listening.

I thought I heard something coming from ahead I couldn't exactly tell what it was since my ears are in Dom' s hat. "Guys shhh!" They both turned and looked at me. "What?" They asked. "Do you hear that?" They were quiet as they moved their heads to hear what I hear. "We don't hear anything Sam." Taurtis said.

I know I hear something. So i, unconsciously start heading towards the sound as Grain and Taurtis followed.

We had walked far away from home and the noise lead us to an allyway. "Why are we in an allyway nothing good ever comes from dark alleyways." Grian asked nervously. "That's not true Grian we could find a clown here!" "Why would there be a clown in an allyway?"Grian asked. "Maybe it's the one that I saw on the internet. He's like a clown with no color and he gives candy to kids in allyways!" Taurtis replied excitedly.

Grian was going to argue when I stopped him. "Guys I hear something." They cocked their heads. "Is that.....crying?" Grian asked. We walked over to where the noise was coming from. It was coming from a trash bin. We looked behind the bin and what we saw shocked us. IT WAS A LITTLE GIRL!
