Chapter 11

~Aiden’s POV~

          The guys stole Scar from me and I began chasing them. It was fun until I smelt a familiar scent. We all transformed except for Alexander and ran off. Alexander of course rode on my back.

            *Mark! What’s going on?* we all yelled to him.

            *Vampires! Two of them and they are going to attack me and Scar if you don’t hurry!* I growled. No one would touch my Scar.

            I ran faster than I ever had and I smelt Scar’s scent. I jumped over the bushes and landed in front of Scar. The others followed my suit and we guarded Mark and Scar.

Alexander hopped off my back and walked in front of us.

            “Leave.” He warned. But they kept walking towards us

“What are they?” I heard Scar ask in fear; I knew she was scared to death. She could sense they were danger. Alexander didn’t say anything for a minute, and Scar’s fear began to rise.

            “Vampires.”  He finally said.

*Mark! Take Scar back to the house and protect her.  Do not let her out of your sight!* Alexander commanded.

*But, Alexa-*

*GO!* He yelled and transformed. Mark turned and ran back to the house.

            “Trying to protect the human? Hmm, this could be a fun game.” One of the twins said. I growled and got ready to attack.

            “Oh, brother seems this one especially wants to protect her. This will be interesting. Tell me wolf…have you imprinted on the human?”

*Aiden, keep your mouth shut or you’ll put her in more danger.*

            I lowered my head and calmed down the most I could. The brothers looked at each other and smirked. They took off running in two different directions towards the house.

*NO!!!*

*Everyone, go! Split up and chase them.* Alexander transformed and we took off after them.

~Scar’s POV~

            We arrived at the house and Mark dropped me off his back but he stayed in wolf form.  We both sat in the house waiting for someone to come.

            The more the timed passed the more I got worried. Aiden was out there and if he died…Tears swelled up in my eyes and I fought to not let them fall. Mark must’ve saw the tears threaten my eyes because he whimpered and out his head against mine.

            We sat there like that until I heard footsteps come down the stairs.

           “Scarlett? What are you doing here? And Mark, why are you in wolf form?” I turned around saw Aiden’s parents. “Mr. and Mrs. Drax? It’s good to see you guys again.” I said while jumping up and running over to them. They hugged back and I heard a howl. Suddenly all the guys busted in the door.                                                                                                                                                                                                          “We have to come up with a plan Aiden! We can’t just attack.” (FORGET THE LINE!!!! I AM SOO SORRY!! I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!!)

            “Why?! Why not just kill them?!” Aiden yelled.

            “Because someone could get killed! Now know your place Aiden! I am the pack leader, not you!” Aiden whimpered and lowered his head. “Now, we will follow them and we will come up with a plan. Mike you will stay here with Scar-“

            “What?! Why can’t I stay with her!?” Aiden yelled.

            “Because he is the youngest and we need you!” I took a step forward and hugged Aiden. He wrapped his arms around my waist tightly and nuzzled his face into my neck.

            “Aiden, your brothers need you. I will be fine.” He sighed and looked my in the eyes then kissed me gently but at the same time rough.

            When we separated, I knew it would be the last kiss like that for a while. I stayed in his arms and enjoyed his warmth. I knew I’d miss everything about him. I listened to his heart beat while everyone talked.

            “At least let me take her home and spend a few minutes alone with her.” The others agreed to it and Aiden and I got in his car.

            Aiden stopped at the empty at the empty parking lot.

            “I am so sorry that this has happened. But I will do anything to make sure you are safe.” I sighed got out of the car with him trailing behind me. We sat on the hood of the car and I leaned up against him.

            “Aiden I, I love you.” He gasped and put his arms around my neck and pulled me close to him. I felt his mouth next to my ear.

            “Baby, I love you too.” I blushed realizing 1. We’ve never said that before and 2. He called me baby.

            “Aiden, please be careful.” I whispered. He put his head against my neck and nodded.

            We sat like that for about 5 more minutes then he took me home. On the way there he explained that Mike would stay close to the house and that I am not to be out of his sight. I have to tell Mike where I’m going at all times. Some nights Mike might even come inside while everyone is sleeping. Mike was also going to start school with us, which I was very happy about. Apparently he is in our grade so I would have classes with him. Most likely I would have all with him, but that didn’t bother me any. I loved being around Mike.

            We pulled into my drive and said he didn’t have time to come in and visit. He kissed me on the forehead and I ran inside. I walked in the door to find Ray sitting on the couch.

            “What are you doing home?” He asked confused.

            “Well, uhh, there was a change in plans. So I decided to come home.”

            “Oh ok.” I sat next to him on the couch and saw he was watching some show that I didn’t find interesting.

            “So uhm, I have a question.” He asked. “You and Aiden, when did this happen?” Tears formed in my eyes as I looked down at the floor. The next few days were going to go by slowly. I explained what happened between me and him a few days ago and went upstairs. I laid in my bed until I heard something hit my window. I looked out and saw Mike smiling like the goofball he is. I opened the window and he ran and jumped up to my window and inside my room. We decided he could sleep in here as long as he hid. So we made him a pallet next to the bed opposite side of the door. He would kind of sleep under the bed and know would know since my bed spread covers my bed and drags on the floor.

            After we got him situated I went and got some snacks and food and went back to my room. We sat up for a while until I passed out into a dreamless sleep.

Sorry it took so long!!!! School is very tiring lol. I fall asleep normally as soon as I get home. Anyways, like I said not to long ago, please comment or message me about songs that would fit the characters. It would be cool to see what you guys think. Well Imma go work on chapter 12 for yall!
