"Thanks for walking me home," I thanked Jungkook and stop at the front gate of my house, "night..."
The next morning I was woken up by Eunha once again.
I got ready and walk downstairs towards the kitchen table, tiredly. Still mad at the fact that I had to wake up to go to school, I glared at Eunha before sitting down at the kitchen table. She returned with a polite 90 degree bow as I sat down at the table.
"Morning," My dad said while he read his daily newspaper.
"Morning sweetie," my mom greeted me, right after my dad, while sipping on her coffee.
"Morning. I wanted to ask you two something," I told my parents, and both of them glimpse up at me for a second, before going back to what they were doing.
"What is it?" My dad ask, with one hand holding onto his newspaper, while the other one hold onto his coffee.
"There's a new student at my school. And his name is-"
"Kim Taehyung," My mom interupted, happily, as my dad place his newspaper on the table to take a bite of his breakfast.
She knows him?
"Yeahh..." I said, surprisedly, at my mom's response, "I thought that you two will know his parents. He joined our study room too," I inform both of them.
"Of course, Kim Taehyung," my mom clapped her hands together, "he's the only son of the Kim Company," My mom inform me, with suspicion coming from her voice as she spoke.
I've heard lots about the Kim Company from my parents.
"He's so handsome," my mom went on, "he's also tall and charming in many other ways," she cheered and giggle.
What is today? Why is she acting so weird?
"Don't you think so?" She ask me and I reply with a awkward laugh.
I look up at the clock and saw that I needed to head to school, "Oh I'm going to walk to school today again," I excuse myself and quickly stood up from my seat.
"Have a good day at school," my dad smile up at me as I took my backpack, that was placed behind my seat.
"Are you sure you don't need a ride?" My mom ask me again as I turn to walk over to the door.
"I'll be fine. See you later," I wave back at them, before heading towards the door.
I walk to Jungkook's house and saw him waiting for me.
"Morning Jungkook," I greeted him and put my hand around his shoulder. He ruffle my hair and mess it up. "Yahh!" I fix my hair and demand him to stop.
He chuckle at my misery and grab my hand, pulling me with him quickly to school, so we wouldn't be late.
"Class how about we do a partner project this time?" Mr. Lee suggested and the class shout back, happily. Jungkook and I exchange looks at each other, immediately.
"Do you want to do that?" He ask the class again, "it means less work doesn't it?"
"Nae!" The class cheer and snicker to each other.
"Sadly, the partners will be pick by me," Mr. Lee announce, making the class and I sigh, frustratedly.
Of course.
"SHHH!" He insisted and started to call out partners, that will be together for this project.
When he got to my name, I pray he'll call Jungkook's name, but he ended up calling out, Kim Taehyung, as my partner.
Kim Taehyung. I really wanted to be partners with Jungkook though.
