"You're another Uchiha? Did you know that there is an Uchiha back in our Village too?"
The pinkette has the audacity to ask.

"Actually yes, but hadn't he left that place with his brother figure-like named Naruto years ago?" the ravenette said, and the banshee just wanted to throw up because of the called-out name.

"How do you know Sasuke-kun? and also the reason why he left?"
she spoke once again causes the others sigh in disappointment, while the ravenette fumed.

"Well, I was only his twin sister." She said making her companions gasp.

"H-how? Wasn't he the last Uchiha?" I asked, "Well, I escaped in the past. Unlike Nii-san, Itachi-nii actually took me away from that village." She said, looking to be fuming as she mentioned Konoha. 

But all of it headed down the drain as it dared speak up again.

"What?! Do you know where he is now? He needs to come back to our village!"
The others stared at the banshee in disbelief, when will she ever move on?

"And why would he do that, huh?" said My Lady, as if trying to taunt the raging pinkette, which in turn is ignored by that same foolish latter who can't seem to know the meaning of mockery, "Because he have to," she tried to persuade the people around them, which is kind of useless,

"He's the Hero of Konoha."

With that said, My Lady chuckled. I don't really blame her.

"Seriously? Well, here's the tower. Let's head inside, shall we?"

"Good morning, Dad." I looked at the two dismissively, but still letting them know by my gaze that 'We'll speak of this later', and landed my gaze towards the visitors, they all went inside my office as I gave them all my winning dollar smile.

"Utakage-sama, they're here to discuss something with you." She said, while kissing my forehead before heading towards the couch in my office where our children went to, and that's when I return my gaze toward the Konoha shinobis,

"So, may I know about what it is that you need."

"Utakage-sama, this is the scroll that Hokage-sama asked of us to deliver to you. I hope that you would read it thoroughly."
They bowed first and gave me the scroll.

It was a scroll about an Alliance between Chowa and Konoha, well another copy of what I had earlier.

 "Well, I must tell you now this, but I hope it wouldn't sadden you." I slowed my breathing before continuing,

"I would not be able to accept this Alliance."

I said and the pink-haired fumed.  She started glaring at my direction, 

"What?! Don't you know that we traveled from there to get here, and then all you'll say is a no? Do-", but before she could finish, a blondie covered her mouth.

"Stop with the bickering!" Another voice rang out in the room, the blonde started minimizing the pinkette's anger,

"Don't you know that we're the one who're inferior to him? He's a KAGE, baka. In a flick of his wrist, another war is coming our way!" At least, this woman knows to keep her voice down, compared to a certain banshee.

"I deeply apologize for her attitude. Utakage-sama, please accept this apology and may I ask of you if, you at least give us the reason for your disagreement for the treaty?" She hesitated to ask at first, but in then, did so.

"Good Question. Well first, this village is allied with Suna. If we were to be allies with you it would either be Suna gets mad at us because of accepting to the village they're mad at, and cause a big problem to our village which would be much more bigger for yours or they'll be like, forced to join with us but our alliance with Kumo and other more villages will suddenly disappear, therefore, getting us to join the war at your side. It'll cause a bigger unwanted war, and this village just want peace for now." I stopped as I look at their faces, it keeps showing confused expressions.

"In this village, families' sake comes first before the outer circle and most of the Uzumaki's here are mad at Konoha mostly because of the suffering their fellow clan member experienced. That's all, I think", I finished glancing again at their direction.

By the statement, the Konoha nins got questions at the tip of their tongues, ready to fire them at me.

"Who if I may ask, Lord Utakage?"
The Nara is the one who got the guts, this time.

"A man who stood by the name of Naruto Uzumaki", I said to them.

"That's not true! He even insulted and assaulted a murder of Uchi-"

The pinkette started to whine once more, but was stopped by my most trusted 'ANBU'. 

"Don't you dare say that the Utakage's statement wasn't true. Where's your evidence of what you are stating right now?" With that mentioned, she immediately closed her mouth and refrained from speaking for a while.

"Anyways, that's all I am going to say to you all. You may go to one of our hotels and leave immediately tomorrow, and also give this scroll to your Hokage if you may and don't read it. It's a classified information just say that after she read it say all of it to you Konoha-nins. That's all, you're dismissed. ANBU escort them to their destination.", After I said that, the Konoha-nins got outside my office and my trusted ANBU is left to talk with me.

"Are you sure about giving all of those information?" He asked. I nodded my head as I gave him the picture.

 
"Well, it's time, ready a meeting with the council." I started before I remembered another thing, "Oh, and make sure they won't be late, Raven." I sweat-dropped at my councilors antics, always late compared to me, sigh.

"Hai, Utakage-sama." He said as he bowed.

"Oh Come on. No need for titles as of the moment, Sasuke." I said. He smirked as he took off his mask. "Well, if you say so, Naruto." He put it on again and disappeared in a lightning flicker.

"Now that, that's done. What's your reason of being outside the village? And it Better be ACCEPTABLE."

I motioned for my son and daughter as they gulped, My wife smirking behind them.
With eyes, screaming I-told-you-so.
