CHAPTER FOUR

Sharleine's POV

We packed our things.

Pumayag nalang sina mom at dad kasi wala silang magawa.

They had a sad smile though.. But this is for their safety.

Lumabas kami at nilagay lahat ng bagahe namin sa fortuner ng dad ko.

Hihiramin ko lang.

Si Clyde na ang nag drive. Ako sa shotgun, sina Emma, Kathy, Jess at Caden sa mid seat, at sina ate Pat at Nikki sa pinakalikod katabi sa mga bagahe.

Sila nag insist. Ewan ko dun, sila na bahala.

We headed for Davao.

~Six hours later~

Nakatulog pala ako, hindi ko namalayan nasa Davao na kami.

I woke up the girls and they got all hyped up.

Sigh.

"Saan pa nga yung bahay mo, ate Pat? Turo mo kay Clyde." Sabi ko sa kanya.

She said the directions and we headed there.

~Minutes later~

Nakarating na kami sa apartment ni ate Pat.

Kaniya-kaniya kaming nagdala sa mga bagahe namin.

Good luck sayo, Jess.

I muttere

Marami kasi siyang dala na bag. Puro make up ang laman. 😂

"C'mon, we need to take the elevator. Can't bear to see Jess like that anymore." Pat giggled.

We giggled and nodded.

Jess just rolled her eyes and muttered something about the 'importance of makeup to everyday life of girls'. Or something like that.

We hopped inside the elevator. But it was too small for us thanks to Jess. So she and Nikki had to transfer to another elevator.

Sigh.

The elvator suddenly jerked at malapit akong matumba.

Buti nga nasalo ako ni Clyde.

"Um, t-thanks." I stuttered, standing up straight and looking away, trying to hide my blushing face.

Did I tell you I have a teeny, tiny crush on Clyde? No? Well, now you know.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit. Parang naaattract kasi ako sa personality niya.

He's honest, blunt, a little cold but he's nice too.

Sumama siya sa amin sa Tokyo dahil bestfriends kami.

Pero hanggang ngayon, hindi ako payag na butler ko siya.

Ewan ko sa 'parents' ko.

And no, not my real parents.

My MAFIA parents.

Surprising nuh?

Eh, kung hindi naman, edi kayo na.

Nakarating na kami sa apartment ni ate Pat at nagsettle in kami.

Good thing sinabihan ko siya tungkol sa mga kaibigan ko or else wala silang matutulugan.

Nag pa build kasi siya ng mga extra rooms dito for them.

I huddled close to Nikki.

"Magpasalamat kayo sa ate ko. Kung hindi dito kayo sa sala matutulog." I whispered.
