once I saw Destiny I hugged her tightly I let go and she looked at me for a second and her eyes went up in a happy manner.
"Oh my gosh hey Monroe,come inside." She said moving aside.
I went inside and looked around her new modern space and sat on the love seat. Des closed the door and met with me on her sofa while crossing her legs playing with her acrylic finger.
"So what brings you in town? I thought you were getting married" She asked.
"I was going to but he cheated on me with some girl" I said.
"Why you so picky damn" she said
"I'm not picky okay I just don't like to be played." I said defending
myself.
"Really that dude head is hella big or um he to short" She said laughing.
"I couldn't help it okay Corahn had just died and my stomach was so big"I said.
"Yeah you and Corahn were a good team and you had a beautiful baby"She said innocent.
"Yeah I guess we did,we should do something soon" I said checking the time which was 12:04 am.
"Thanks girly you too"She said.
We talked a bit longer
I yawn and said,
"Well it was good catching up a bit but I need some sleep." I said hugging her out the door.
"Bye Bestie" She waved her innocent wave while going inside her house.
I sucked my teeth while walking,what is this big ass secret she has.
