Niall's POV-

I sighed, but knew I had to get this weight off my chest, and Liam was the one to talk with, he's help me through the toughest times, he's always there for me no matter what, I can trust him.

"Liam, I found out what's wrong with, Sam.." He looked at me, and I could tell he was anxious to hear why was wrong, and how it affected me. "What's wrong with her, mate?" I bit my lip nervously, "She has Hiker's Disease..." I looked down, and he just bit his lip, not sure about what to say.

"Oh.." He knows what Hiker's Disease is, his best friend had it before. "L-Liam?.." I could trust Li with my life, I knew I could trust him, with my feelings. "Yea, mate?" He looked at me concerned, and I looked back, with slight sadness, "I-I'm in love with her.. I don't want to lose her..." A small, salty tear, escaped my left eye. He opened his arms, and I dove into them.

He wrapped his strong arms around me, and rubbed my back, trying to comfort me. I can't lose, Sam. Hiker's Disease can be fatal.. I felt more tears escape from my watery eyes. " I figured you really loved her, I know how much she means to you, Ni. We can only hope, and pray.." His words gave me some hope.

"Don't worry, mate, I'm here for you, come see me whenever." I pulled away from the needed hug, and wiped my eyes with my shirt. "Thanks, Li.. See you later.." He nodded, before I left the room.

I went back to my room, and closed the door. I grabbed my acoustic guitar, and a notepad, and a pen. I put the pad, and pen, on my bedside table, and sat on my bed, and started strumming the strings a bit, I'm gonna write Sam a song, and sing it to her and wait for her to wake.
