Sam's POV

I awoke slowly, rubbing my eyes. I threw the covers off me, and stood, stretching. I checked the date on my phone, the 22 of November. Yesterday I heard Niall say something else. I don't know what though.

I also can't get over why he was crying. Did I make him cry? Why was he so upset for so long? I don't know, I'll ask him later.

I put my messy hair into a bun, and figured I'd shower a little later. I looked outside to see the sun shining. I smiled and sat on my bed.

I heard the doorknob click, and watched the door slowly swing open, to see, none other than a blonde boy, with blue eyes, slowly bring his head, up from looking at the ground to me. His eyes widened, and his jaw literally dropped.

Niall's POV

I slowly opened the door, hearing the doorknob click. I listened to the still silence of the door, before bringing my eyes from the ground to Sam's bed. My eyes widened, and my jaw dropped.

She's alive.

Sam stood up, and I took a step inside. The salty tears started escaping my eyes before I ran to her, and wrapped my arms around her, in a tight, bear hug. I let out a long breath of relief, as she hugged me back.

She drew shapes on my back, as the tears fell from my eyes. I took short breaths, and sniffled a bit, before pulling away, and wiping my eyes, with the bottom of my shirt.

We sat on her bed, and I looked at her with red, puffy eyes, and she smiled.
