He'd been ignoring me for half the class, and I was starting to feel needy. It's not that I was desperate, I just couldn't stop thinking about him. I want to be around him, being held by him. Okay, maybe I'm getting a little desperate.

I look over for what seems like the millionth time, but he actually meets my eye this time, smiling devilishly. I pout, grabbing my phone and starting to text him as soon as I've concealed it from our teacher beneath my desk.

Ken: Don't ignore me

I waited a moment for his reply, watching him. I saw him look down at his phone that had just buzzed, and he began typing away. I looked back at my own phone nervously.

Eli: Princess misses me already? How about we hang out tonight? I was supposed to meet up with a couple old friends anyway, I don't think they'd mind if you came.

I could feel my palms start to sweat. I'm not much of a people-person, and I don't want to make a bad impression on Eli's friends. Besides, if he wasn't out to his mom, there's no way he'd be out to his friends. I don't want to keep hiding all the time. I decided not to answer him and put my phone down on the desk.

Thankfully, the bell rang not long after, and I headed for the door. The moment I was out, I felt a hand grab my waist and pull me backwards. I stumbled for a second, but fell into Eli's arms. He spun me around, his expression was questioning, and maybe a little frustrated. "Ignoring me?"

I shook my head. "I just don't want to pretend that last night never happened. You're the first guy I've ever kissed, and I wish it wasn't just a game for you!" I said angrily, not knowing where all this came from.

He sighed, taking a step closer. "Look, it's not a game to me. That's why I invited you to come hang out with me and my friends tonight."

I could feel the anger starting to bubble again, but I clenched my teeth to keep it from bursting out. All I needed was a reminder of his friends. More people we had to hide from. "And you expect me to act like your 'bro' in front of them or something?"

The late bell rang, and he grabbed my wrist, I tugged, struggling against his firm grip, but next thing I know I'm being dragged into the washroom. He closed the door, looking around. There was no one there but us. He pushed my chest lightly and I took a step back, he was pinning me against the wall. He leaned in, stopping just a few inches from my face. I wanted to kiss those lips that hovered over mine, but restrained myself. I wasn't going to just be a toy.

"Look, I don't know you well, but I sure know that you're the only person in this world that I want to get to know. I'm not playing games, if you want me to tell my friends about us, I will. Just...don't be upset, okay?" He said, and for the first time I saw the softness in his eyes. He may not know me well or love me, but he cares. Who knows, maybe he could end up loving me. I smiled childishly for a moment before kissing him, wrapping my arms around his neck.

His arms found themselves around my waist, and he kissed me back passionately. He pulled my body closer to his, as if they could even get any closer. He pulled away, and we were both out of breath. I could feel the heat rise to my cheeks, as I realized I was just making out with this guy in a school washroom while he had me pinned up against the wall.

"What's the plan?" He asked. I looked up curiously.

"What do you mean?" I asked, my eyebrows knitting together in confusion.

"Well, we could either go back to class, 15 minutes late, or we could just skip and go back to my house," he said, smiling.

I smiled back, but then remembered. Alexis, I hadn't talked to her since the night I was with her and Matt. She'll probably kill me when I tell her all that's happened between Eli and I since then. It amazes me to think that it's only been a few days and I'm already screwing around...well...not really. That's not what this is, but I can't help but feel like it's not real. "Eli," I began, "we can't do that. Plus, I'm supposed to have lunch with my friend today, I don't want to ditch her."

He sighed, "alright. Could I join you guys? If you're meeting my friends, I want to meet yours."

I smiled. He really seemed like he was trying, even though he's obviously not the relationship type. Not that we're in a relationship...I think. "Great, let's head back."

He nodded, pulling me in for one last kiss before opening the door. I walked out first and we headed our separate ways to the next class.

Second period had just ended, and it was time for lunch. I checked my phone, noticing the dozens of messages. Again, they were all from Alexis.

Alexis: What happened with Eli?
Alexis: You'd better tell me everything at lunch
Alexis: I just overheard some guy saying he saw Eli get on the bus with someone first thing in the morning...you have some explaining to do mister

I smiled to myself, reading the rest of them over. She had positively flipped out. I was excited to see the look on her face when she actually sees me with Eli. I quickly headed over to the cafeteria, seeing that she was already seated at our table.

"Get over here!" She yelled the moment her eyes landed on my skinny figure. I rushed over and sat across from her. "Tell me everything."

I chuckled. "Okay, well. I guess we're kind of...I don't know..a thing?" I said, unsure.

Her eyes widened and she bounced up and down excitedly. "So you're dating?!" She exclaimed.

I laughed nervously, "uh, no. Not exactly, but we've kissed a bunch of times and I slept over at his house last night and—"

"WHAT!" She exclaimed, cutting me off. "How did that happen, did you guys fuck?!"

I gasped and reached over, covering her mouth with my hand. She had been so loud. I saw her eyes shift from me to something behind me, and they widened.

I slowly turned around, waiting to meet my fate. It was him. He had a mischievous smile plastered across his face, and he sat down beside me.

"Hey babe," he said, as if he said it everyday, kissing me on the cheek. I just stayed still, in shock. He turned to Alexis, reaching across the table to shake her hand. She took it and they shook hands as he introduced himself.

"I'm Alexis," she said, "Ken's best friend." She seemed so proud, it made me smile.

We continued talking, it seemed to go more smoothly than I thought. He was a good talker. Just as I was about to add on to the conversation, I felt his hand meet my inner thigh, and I immediately stopped talking. I was glad it wasn't too obvious, Alexis had no clue. They kept talking, and Eli —being the bastard he was— pretended like he had no idea what he was doing to me.

I felt his hand slide upwards against my crotch, and my pants seemed to get a bit tighter. I swatted his hand away, which made him look back at me and smirk. Oh, he'll pay for that later.
