Today I was going to a pool party with one of my best friends, Gabe. Yes, it is the Gabe Morales from IM5. We have been friends since before IM5 happened though, so don't say that I'm using him for fame. My other bestfriends are Cole, Will, and Dalton, his bandmates. I know what you're thinking, what about Dana? Why aren't you friends with him? And the answer to that is, I haven't met him yet. But that was going to change today at this pool party. I was finally going to meet Dana Vaughns, and let me just say that I hope I like him because he is really cute. So as you might've guessed, I'm younger than the four, and I am Dana's age.
"(Y/N)! Can you come help me?" Gabe yells from the kitchen.
"What do you need help with" I ask walking into the kitchen.
"Can you take these two bowls of food out to the pool before people start showing up?"
"Sure" I would do anything to help Gabe out, he always gets really frazzled when he plans parties. He always worries too much about everything being perfect and neat. As I am bringing out the second bowl to the pool. I see the boys running around, including Dana.
I guess I'm not watching where they are running and they don't notice me because I run into one of them. When I look up I realize that I ran into Dana. Yay! Great first impression. Note the sarcasm.
"Sorry" we both say at the same time. Then we both laugh and go into an awkward silence. But thankfully Gabe comes out with the rest of the people who are going to be here, which is only three more. All the guys take off their shirts and I took that moment to look at all of their bare chests. Hey! They have really nice abs. Dana snapped me out of my trance by speaking.
"Like what you see there (Y/N)?"
"You wish Vaughns" and with that i took off my tank top and shorts I was wearing over my bathing suit and dove in the pool.
When I was underwater I looked around and saw that Dana dove in right after me. He was swimming over to underwater so I started backing up, and found a wall. I didn't know what to do so I just stay there. When Dana gets over to me he just keeps leaning in and then kisses me. When we brake away I immediately go to the surface so I can breathe.
"Not bad Vaughns"
For the rest of the day I joked around with everyone like normal, but I always stayed closer to Dana. I think the other boys noticed but nobody said anything, which I was grateful for. I don't think Dana cared that I stayed closer to him. Besides, we sat next to each other at the end of the day when we were all watching a movie that was being projected onto a white sheet. He even held my hand!
