Chapter 2

The next day, a new day, the real beginning of my four years start now. I looked at my schedule for the semester.

First period-Math Tudor
Second period-Spanish
Third period-Earth Science 
Forth period-Physical Education
Fifth period-English 9
Sixth period-Algebra

Lucky I only had odds classes today. I packed up all my things I think I will need today and headed out of the door and walked to school. I left without any 'goodbye' nor 'have a great day at school honey' I just left in silence. When I arrived at school it was completely packed I looked so out of place, I looked around the school and found a group. Ellen and Alex was in the group, Ellen saw me and smiled.

" Athena over here" Ellen said inviting me inside the group. I walked over to the small group everyone looked at me for a second and then continued with their conversation. They were talking about their schedule.

" We have first period together right" Ellen asked me.

" Yea" I said with a smile.

" Let me see your schedule" she said with her hand out. I put my hand in my pocket and searched for my schedule. I pulled the little paper and handed it to her. She examined it.

" Oh we have science together too " Ellen said then gave the schedule back to me.

Then the bell rang.

" So what period do we start with?"  Ellen asked.

" I think first " I said just guessing I know it was ether first or homeroom.

Me, Ellen and Alex walked to our first class. While we were walking Alex and Ellen continue with there conversation from yesterday. We found the classroom and walked in and found the seat we used yesterday and it was still empty we walked over and sat down. When the bell rang telling everyone that class started the teacher began to talk. She was explaining an equation that we might get on the first day of school. While she was explaining someone came in and walked to the teacher and handed her a little note. She looked at it and called.

" Ellen Chant, and Alex Cross " the teacher said then looking up.

I looked at Ellen and Alex confused and they looked confused too but stood up and left. The teacher continued with the lesson and later they came back gave the teacher their slip and she signed it and Ellen and Alex walked back to their seats and packed up their things.

" Where are you guys going" I asked not paying attention to the lesson anymore.
" They switched us out of this class " Ellen said. By they she meant the counselors.

" Why?" I asked. I didn't want to be alone with all these people.

" She found a class that wound be easier for us I guess" Alex said finally she said something.

They packed up their things and left the classroom. When they left I tried to pay attention to the lesson but this was all old information so I just drawed on my paper with half notes. At the end of the lesson the teacher had an announcement.

" Ok class next meeting we will be working in assigned seats" God no " I will tell you were you will be sitting so next time we will just start working " she said then asked everyone to stand up. She went seat by seat calling who wound sit there. Later she said my name and I walked over to that seat and sat down.

After everyone got their seat she said " the bell will be ringing soon so  you guys have free time"

I just continue drawing on my paper and later felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around and looked at the good looking boy next to me.

" What you drawing there" Noah asked looking at my paper.

" Nothing I'm just doodling" I said putting all my attention on him.

" Well you're good at ' just doodling' " he said. " I guess it's just you and me now"

" Did your friends leave you too" I asked.

He nodded " but it's ok I can make new friends" he said with a smile. I felt that he meant by me when he said make new friends and I was ok with that I need new friends.

I smiled and continued the conversation.
