"It's dark...where am I...." I said with a faint soft voice as I looked around a completely dark Void
"It's been a while" said a voice echoing from every Conner
Then a ember appeared in front of me at a distance , but this was no ordinary ember...its flames where purple... but that's not the strange part...what was strange was it gave off this dark and airy feel to it...yet at the same time felt familiar
"Your limit is fast approaching you better be careful about your emotions from now " said this ember in the dark void
As I was about to ask it more questions "iris , iris wake up iris" said helena who I've seem to fall asleep on her lap
"Had a nice dream sleepy head" she said with a cheerful voice.
I simply mumbled to myself and turned my body in the other direction "aaaawwww don't be like that iris " I slowly open my eyes and glare at her, she then says "fine....if your gonna be like that then you can sleep away the day...don't blame me when you end up missing all your classes..... anyway everyone is already in the cafeteria so if you finally decide to get your butt out of bed come meet us" after she said that she then left the room humming to herself. I ignored it and quickly fell back in slumber .
I seem to have returned to the dark and empty void....but something was different I did not feel the presence of the purple ember that was here last time
"I'm over here" said an echoing and mature voice, the same voice as the ember.
As I turn my head my eyes widen as to what was before me wasn't the same ember but another fox who looked similar to me but at the same time looked nothing like me, she wore the same clothes as me. But her hair and eyes were different from mine, she had purple hair and pink eyes that looked like they could stare right to your soul . It gave me chills
She said "You came back here sooner than I though...haha it you won't be here long, looks like your special someone is in your dorm right now sitting next to your bed...so I'll make this brief ...... I am you...the real Iris"
I replied "what are you talking about this doesn't even make any sense ..
"Times up she's gonna wake you up now" said the girl with purple hair. she walked up to words me and gently brushed her hand against my cheeks and smiled a bit. "I wish I had more time to talk to you" she said in a gentle tone.
"Iris....Iiiiiriiis wake up" my eyes slowly open and my vision is blurry at the moment so I can't make out who's next to me " huh...who is it..leave me alone" I grunt softly. " Hehe you must be really out of it today" she thumps my forehead "ouchy" I cried . The girl giggled "common get up you can't sleep away the day like this silly" she replied.
I thought to myself, that this voice sounds familiar.
I close and rub my eyes reopening then letting my vision clear up and this person was helena on of the coolest girls on campus who was also for some reason one of the most feared , she had dark blue hair fading into baby blue and aqua blue eyes.
"H-helena" I said all flustered"w-where and when did you get here..and how did you get into my dorm"
She tilted her head a bit then said " hmmmm...well the answer your questions in order....I came from class.....I just got here aaaaand your one of your team members gave me the key...some guy who's name States with an I .....anyway they said you where sleeping in today so I came to check on you"
"Wait didn't they all just go to the cafeteria not to long ago?" I said confused
"Iris? You've been asleep for 5 hours now it's already 1pm" replied helena
I sit up right processing everything she said to me and decided not to hurt my head to much on it...but then I asked "hey.....have you ever felt like....you...where not actually you?"
"Hmmmm not that I can think of nope" she said in a confused tone " why you asking"
"Oh um..no reason...I just had a really strange dream...but I can't remember what it was about..and I just felt like I'm trapped trying to break free from a cage".
She just looked at me in silent then smirked " haha well damn iris that's some deep shit you got going on in those dreams of yours anyway common let's go out for a walk not something"
I said "Um sure ok sorry to drop heavy stuff like than on you"
She just patted me on the head and said it's fine and not to worry about it
"Ok now enough moping around and no serious talk.....it doesn't suit you iris haha " helena said with a smile
I put a smile on my face as well " y-your right sorry let's go do some thing hehe"
