I just realize that she died mysterious. So here is the part about how she died.

When I got back upstairs I did fell asleep
But I had a terrible nightmare
I think something was in my head
So slowly my body started to die
I couldn't feel my legs
I started to scream while the horror crept upon me
I was crying blood out of my eyes
When the horror finally got to my head
The last thing I remember was the slender man
Like it was telling me something
Then I died
