"Olivia! Get your butt out of that hammock, it's nearly two in the afternoon!" Lulu screamed from the house.
I awoke to the big California sun shining down on me, not realizing today was the day. I rushed to my feet when I heard 'Sympathy for the Devil' playing on the radio inside. I grooved to the song as I wandered my way into the kitchen, seeing Haley and Lulu scurrying around everywhere like little mice.
"Woah, what's up?" I questioned, half sleepily.
"Today is not the day to be messing around. Stop playing games, Liv." Lulu looked at me with a serious death stare.
"What? I don't-"
"Olivia." Lulu sighed, "We are meeting the Stones today at the Hyatt House, remember? Get dressed. Now." I had never seen her so stern, but I guess I couldn't blame her for being so stressed, since today she would be meeting her idols.
I stood in awe, not quite understanding how I could forget a moment like this. Coming back to my senses, I ran towards Haley as she threw a pair of old bell bottoms at me. I fluffed my big blonde hair while fixing my bangs, and was reminded of how pretty Mick thought my hair was. I grabbed my crotchet shawl and platforms, and was pushed out of the door. We all looked marvelous, and ready to meet the boys.

We hopped out of the taxi and took a big whiff of it all. We were standing in front of the Hyatt House, and I was about to see Mick again. I was going to hear his sweet, sweet voice say my name. All of us strutted in like superstars, feeling like we belonged. The elevator ride up to the second floor was nerve wracking. Suddenly, we had arrived. Here I was, only a thin wooden door between me and the Stones. Haley was quick to knock, sending shivers down my spine with each pound of her petite fist.
"Hello, how-" Mick stopped when he realized who I was. "Olivia, you're here. This is great. This is a great time, doll."
"I hope you don't mind I brought friends." I gave Mick a smile as Haley and Lulu stared at the rock star in utter shock.
"Not at all, love. We all could use a little company." I died a million deaths with each little pet name he called me.
Mick welcomed us into the colossal hotel suite, and I noticed Keith first. He was strumming away on his guitar, so beautifully. He looked up for one split second, eyeing us up and down. All of a sudden I heard a little voice pipe up, "Fresh meat. How cute." A tiny girl was sitting in the corner, on Brian Jones's lap.
"Down doggy." Keith laughed. "That's Hanna. She hangs around a lot."
"That's Hanna Honey, to you girls. Don't worry though, I won't bite." Her soft voice was so mellow, and her eyes were of the ocean.
"So, Olivia," Mick pulled me into him, as Haley and Lulu each rushed over to different boys. "How would you like to attend a concert tonight?" Mick grinned widely. I was surprised at how touchy he was being, yet so gentle.
"Depends on who." I tried to hide my overwhelming emotions.
"This little old band, I think they're called The Rolling Stones." Mick laughed at himself, causing the boys to stir.
"I'd absolutely love to, Mick. The girls can come too, right?" I replied with a loud chuckle.
"Of course, any friend of yours is a friend of mine. Besides, I think some of the boys have taken a liking to them." We glanced over to see Lulu fidgeting with Keith's guitar as he tried to help her, while Haley looked deep in conversation with her darling, Charlie. I turned around giggling, and I noticed Mick was staring at me with fire in his eyes. I met my face with his and kissed him on the cheek. He let go of my hand and grazed his fingers across my face, leaning in for a kiss. I just couldn't kiss him yet, so I turned my cheek instead.
"Is something wrong, Olivia? Did I do something?" He said with a worried expression.
"No it's fine, you didn't do anything. I just," I couldn't seem to get the words out. I was genuinely afraid to kiss Mick Jagger. I was afraid to feel something that I wouldn't be able to forget.
"It's okay, you don't have to do anything you don't want to." He brushed my bangs away from my forehead. I knew then and there, I had gotten in way too deep. I'd barely known him a day, but it already felt like years. We acted as if we'd known each other forever, and it felt right.
Haley had been drooling over Charlie for a while now, and Charlie was loving the attention. He told her funny stories, and spoke of all the weird people he'd encountered while on tour. Although Charlie was married, Haley had definitely taken a toll on him. I could only hear giggles coming from Lulu, who tried and failed miserably at playing the guitar. Keith helped her out, but eventually grew tired of repeating words to her.

Later that night, we were still hanging in the after glow of these beautiful creatures. There was 30 minutes before the boys were supposed to go on stage at the Whisky, and we were psyched out of our minds.
"Anyone want some acid? I've got loads." Keith mumbled as we all waited backstage for the Rolling Stones to be called up to the stage. All the boys took one, and passed them around. Mick handed one to me, and I hesitantly took it. I had never taken psychedelics before, I'd only done the basic stuff, but I needed a new experience. I turned on, tuned in, and dropped out as Mick began to sing 'She's a Rainbow.'
