TOURMALINE'S P.O.V

I opened the door to the base of T4 and walked through with a look like I was calm, but on the inside I was freaking out!! My uncle is with me and I haven't seen him in a long, long time. I heard the others behind me gasp at what me and my teams base is. I had a little smirk on my face which did look a little like my uncle's... but hey can you blame me he's the one who practically raised me. So yeah I picked up a few things! I started walking to the front of the base which is a ship now that I think about it. The front of the "ship" had a large computer which had 4 seats positioned around it. One for each of us. I sat down and pressed a button on the giant computer that alerted my team mates that I was here and that they should be up here as well. I also closed the door while I was here. I could here footsteps and then a couple doors opening and closing. Surprisingly no one said any thing to them as they took their seats. I turned around in my chair to look at my uncle and all the others.

"Were to start huh? how about my team, as you should now I am the leader of Torchwood 4 and my name's Tourmaline, the guy at the end to my right is John" I quickly tilted my head in his general direction { John is a miny version of John from the show Sherlock} " And this is Sheroma she's my second in command" { Sheroma is a African with black hair dyed purple, she has emerald green eyes and is wearing a green t-shirt that says don't be awesome be me she's also wearing blue jeans and she's wearing black tennis shoes} " To my left is Brian" { Brian has dark brown hair and blue eye's he's wearing a plain purple long sleeve shirt with blue jeans as well, he's white and is wearing white converse shoes} "Any questions?" I finished and looked at the master, my uncle already knowing what he's going to say.

"Were have you been all this time?" He asked, knew it.

" I've been to a lot of places but mostly I've been on the planet earth" I answered his question but I knew he had more.

" Why?" He finally asked with a sad look on his face. Why now that's the big question and one I haven't even really thought about my self. Why. Why did I not tell him I was still alive, why did I not come back when I new that he was still alive, why did I hide, why did I only just now show my face when he finally stopped grieving?

"To tell the truth Uncle... I don't know holding on for so long after Gallifrey was gone, I just couldn't handle it. I tried to find you I really did but you were jumping all around time chasing the doctor that I couldn't keep up any more so I stopped and went to where I knew you would one day come to, present day earth. But since my mind didn't have anything for it to focus on any more that's when it finally hit me with full force, Gallifrey gone, only 3 time lords left in existence, and the continuous drums beating in my head it was to much I couldn't take it all. So I turned myself human. And it went on like that for almost 3 years when you became president of the British government I could here the drums again and I opened the watch. But the reason I didn't come talk to you right away is because you stopped grieving, and I needed time to think, I may have been healed but I still needed to think about what happened, then the year that never was happened and with you gone I didn't know what to do so I traveled the stars like I wanted to do back on Gallifrey so badly. That's when I found Torchwood 4 and they died one by one, soon it was just me. I went back to earth and friends that I went to the same school with, when I was human, approached me and well we turned into the new Torchwood 4. We traveled the stars, found new places, saved as many people as we could, and just all around had a good time. We were happy with what we were doing and we didn't plan on stopping any time soon. so we didn't. We still went back to earth every now and then, after all I own that tavern I don't want it falling into the wrong hands, now do I? but any ways when I found out you went back to the time war because of... what ever happened I raced back to what I never though I would see again, Gallifrey. And I guess every thing that's happened since than" I finished while the master stared at me with a look of shock on his face, the doctor had a look of pity, and Jack had quite a lot of looks on his face fright, surprise, pity, anger, and something I couldn't identify. Now that something strange. The rest of torchwood 3 had to many look to count much less name! I turned my gaze back to my uncle. When he didn't say anything I started to worry and with out noticing I started tapping out the 4 beat rhythm on my leg.

My uncle walked towards me my friends eyed him with caution but they won't move until I give the order to do so. By now he was right in front of me. And before I knew it I was engulfed in a hug. I could hear the surprised gasps from the doctor and Jack. Guess they thought that the master couldn't show affection. I hugged back once I was out of a quick state of shock. And I heard words come from my uncle's mouth that I thought I would never hear.
