"Dealing with backstabbers, there was one thing I learned. They're only powerful when your back is turned."
- Eminem.:Chapter Two - Newcomer:.
A teenage boy, pretty tall, stood in the garden of a monastery. The floor was stone and smoothly tiled, with green moss and plants poking out the cracks. A large blossom tree stood in the centre, with vines an leaves creeping up the trunk.
He was a brunette, with a very small stubble dotting his jaw. He had icy blue eyes and his black hair was a little longer than a shave.
Four others stood next to him. On his left was a girl, about his age - she had long, blonde hair and water blue eyes. On his right was another teenager, he had short, blonde hair and lightning blue eyes. Then, in his far left, was another boy, he had ginger hair and fiery maroon eyes. Then, finally, on his far right, was another boy - he had long-ish, brown hair and emerald green eyes.
All five stood strait as a needle in front of a pair of very large wooden gates with very delicate, intricate patterns etched into it. Each teenager held a weapon, his being a pair of shuriken.
"Falcon - I-I mean Lukatamimoto, when will Sensei Wayne return with the last?" The redhead asked in a tough, rather annoying accent of Jamonikàę (American).
"I do not know, Kestrel - uh, Mekuarichishikuta." The brunette answered in a small broken accent from Kintā (Polish).
"Why do we need such long names!?" The blonde girl snapped in a country-type accent from Ligjta (Australian). "Collie is good for me - not Mimotatakiku."
"Calm down, little sister." The blonde boy soothed, in the same accent as Collie. "Really, though, Zukafu is no name for a nice, short name like Jay."
"Hmph." The green-eyes boy grunted, he looked fairly younger than the rest. "Like Tatamofute is any better for plain Lloyd." He spoke in the famous accent from Harmôna (British).
The other teens agreed but immediately quieted and stood strait again once they hear the monastery doors opening. They revealed their Sensei, but with a girl around their age behind him; she had war paint patterns all over her body and was dressed in a way that all people in Linthia recognised.
"WILDLING!" Jay screamed in shock and the five unleashed their weapons. They charged at the girl while their Sensei stood on the sidelines, rather reluctantly.
Falcon was rather reluctant. He waited at the back for a little while, she didn't look like the books about Wildlings described - she didn't even have a weapon. But, before they even got near her, she disappeared in a super fast teal most explosion, appearing right behind the brunette. She looked like she sensed that he meant no harm.
The other four's weapons hit the floor. Their faces went pale for a second before she turned around, shocked to find the girl behind Falcon. The Wildling looked just as shocked as his teammates were.
"WAIT!" Falcon yelled, stepping in front of the teenage girl. "Didn't you all wait and realise that she is not a threat? She does not even have a weapon, let alone does she look like the books described." He reasoned, and noted his Sensei nodding approval.
"Lukatamimoto is right." He finally stepped in, causing the others to drop their weapons and now respectfully. "After all, she is the fifth."
Falcon and the girl turned to face each other. He held his hand out, as though to shake it, and while the other watched confused at his action, the Wildling bent down and rubbed her fingers in dirt. She stood up and used her thumb and forefinger to make a line down each side of his face.
