Bad Boys Don't Always Stay Bad

Chapter 2: First Day of School

"Jenny wake up and get ready for school " I hear my mom's voice say. I get out of bed and pick out my clothes for the day, I end up choosing my ripped black skinny jeans a Johnnie Guilbert shirt and my all black converse. I grab my clothes and head to the bathroom, after a quick shower I start my makeup nothing to fancy just some winged eyeliner, mascara, and some liner in my waterline, then I styled my hair and headed downstairs.

I was greeted by the smell of pancakes. "Good morning sweetie how many pancakes do you want?"
" Two" I said with a smile. My mom puts two on a plate and hands it to me, I look down at my phone and realize I need to eat fast or I'm going to be late. After I'm done I run to my car and start my drive to school.

"Raincross High School " says the sign infont of the school, I pull in the parking lot feeling very nervous. I get out of my car and head inside. I quickly find the principles office and knock. "Come in" I hear a deep voice. I open the door and walk in. "Hi I'm here to get my schedule" I say nervously. "Oh yes you must be Jenny, I have you schedule right her " he says handing me my schedule. "Now you first class is science with Mr. Thomas room 114, to get there you need to go down the hall make a left and it with be the second door to your right". "Thank you" I say giving him a smile. " You're welcome enjoy your first day ".

I walk into the classroom and all eyes where on me. "Oh you must be are new student, class this is Jenny" Mr. Thomas say as I walk in. My eyes scan the room and I see sitting in the back the guy next door, he's wearing a BVB shirt, dark jeans, and a red benie. "Okay Jenny I've already assigned lab partners so I'm going to put you with whoever doesn't have one". Then I see that the guy is sitting alone "oh no" I think to myself. "Jenny you will be partners with Chris McGregor". "Uh okay " I say with a shaky voice. I walk to the back and sit next to him, as I sit down I can feel his eyes on me but I do my best to block it out and focus on the teacher.

After a good 35 minutes I turn and look at him his beautiful blue eyes where still on me. "Can I help you" I say trying my best to sound normal. "I like your shirt" he says in the most amazing voice as he pointed at my Johnnie Guilbert shirt. "Uh thanks I like yours to they're one of my favorite bands". He gives me a mouth watering smile then turns he's gaze to the teacher. Just then the bell ringes I look over and to say something but he's gone.

My next class is English with Mrs.Williams I follow all the kids inside, I take a seat in the back and the teacher walks in. "Hi class, oh you must be Jenny" I look up to see a beautiful woman who looks like she in her thirties with brown curly hair and glasses."Well Jenny could you stand up and tell us where your from and why you moved her. "Um I'm from Pennsylvania and I moved here because my dad's company was moving"."Amazing you may sit welcome to my class"she says with a warm smile " Thanks".

Thirty minutes into class I get a tap on my arm I turn to my left and see a girl with red hair and brown eyes. "I'm Alex" she says holding out her hand, I shake it "Jenny". "If you don't have anyone to sit with at lunch you can sit with me". "Really thank you".

Before I know it it's finally lunch time. I sit next to Alex and dig in. Just then Chris walks in and sits two table away. "So what's the story on him" I say gesturing to Chris. "Chris McGregor the bad boy of the school, he's always with his friends his never really had a girlfriend, he mostly just sleep with a girl a throws her out the next day" she says taking a bit of her sandwich, "Why do you think he's hot or something" she says wiggling her eyebrows. "No he's my neighbor". "No way" she say with wide eyes. "That's crazy, hey can I come over and hang out?" "Sure".

Finally school is over and me and Alex are in my room talking and listening to music. "Oh my god I love this song" Alex says as Crown of Thorns by Black Veil Brides starts play. "Really" I say as I start dancing to it and Alex joins in.

After the song ends I start staring out my window and I see the the man from last night was put new plates and cups away in the kitchen.

"You got to be kidding me" I yell without thinking. "What is it" Alex looks at me confused. "Um nothing" I say not wanting to start drama. "Okay um I have to go I'll see you tomorrow" Alex says standing up. "Okay" I tell her giving her a hug. When she's gone I turn back to my window and see Chris pull up on his motorcycle, "why is he so hot" I think to myself.
