Chapter 3

(Your POV)
The first day of the season I was hiding in my apartment. I was worried that I would scare Elfman away if he saw me like this. Shivering and sweaty. The first signs of the season. I still wasn't sure if he was the right one. I wouldn't know until I saw him. Auras were a main part of the season. You see your aura and the person that has the matching colour is your mate. I think that's how it worked. I've always been a late bloomer but when I do bloom I bloom fast. This was my first season. I had to find a dragon that could help me. Natsu? He was too full of himself for my taste. Wendy? She was too young for the season. Maybe Laxus would help. After all he was like a brother to me. I was the reason that he came back to the guild when he did. The reason he wasn't kicked out by master. Only problem is that he's on a mission and won't be home for a while. I jump when I heard a knock on the door. I got up and looked through the peap sight in the door and saw Luna. I relaxed and opened the door. She smiled and walked in her exceeded flying behind her. She didn't look effected by the season. Maybe that was because she hadn't found her mate yet. Oh well. "Luna. How's it going? I need help." I said to the black aura that she is engulfed in after I closed the door. She is two years older than me and super helpful with anything that I don't understand. She like my sister. She's better than Laxus on any given day. Also she's a dragon slayer as well. A purgatory dragon slayer. Only one of her kind. Kinda like me. That's why we get along so well. She looked me up and down. "Finally the late bloomer blooms." She teases and sits down. I chuckled and sit down as well. "What can I help with?" She asks and looks about. "Like you said late bloomer blooms. First season. Don't know what to do." I say and watch her. She brushes her hair off her shoulder and looks at me. "Ok. First do you know who your aura matches?" She asks. I shake my head. "Ok. Fun. Second do you have an idea who it might be?" I nod. "Good. Who?" I bow my head in embarrassment and mumble "Elfman." She sighs and stands. "Ok. I'll be back in a bit." I watch confused as she leaves and sigh. "Well crap. What's that demon up to now?" I sit there for about ten minutes when the door opens and in walks Luna and gulp ... Elfman.

~ Ya I know it's short but it's way to late for me to write anymore. Plus I have to work early in the morning. And I think I'm gonna make it a short story anyway and let your imagination go wild. So night mages. See you all around. ~
