Kellin's POV-

I woke up to a white ceiling and the sound of steady beeping. I was laying down and I looked to my left and saw Vic sitting there. Hospital, I thought. I've been here many times, but I haven't been in about a year now. I still felt pretty dizzy and my head hurt. I moved my head to the side in an attempt to stretch my neck a bit. That just made my head pound and I groaned, getting Vic's attention.

"Kellin you're awake! Are you okay? What happened? Why did you faint?" He said quickly and kneeled down next to the hospital bed.

"Calm down I'm fine and I don't know why I fainted,"  I lied. I don't remember the last time I ate but I lost a lot of weight which is great. They're probably going to get a dietician and make me eat which sucks. "Why did you call an ambulance?" I asked.

"Well after you passed out I tried to wake you up but you seemed lifeless so I called 911," he said worriedly. He started to start saying something else but the door opened and the doctor walked in. Doctor Biersack.

"Hey Andy," I greeted my favorite doctor here.

"Ah Kellin Quinn, haven't seen you here in awhile. I was hoping I wouldn't have to," he said sadly.

Vic looked confused. "Do you two know each other?" he asked.

"Yeah I saw Kellin in here a lot about two years ago," Andy replied and Vic looked at me sadly, "So tell me what happened."

"Well I was just walking and then I started to feel really dizzy and then I just blacked out," I told him.

"Okay well there are several different reasons as to why that could have happened," he explained, "Have you noticed any other symptoms or developed any medical conditions recently?" he asked and I shook my head. "Have you been eating regularly and healthily?" he asked slowly. I came in here once for an eating disorder and I nearly died but I got back on track. Now that train has derailed again.

I looked away from him and quickly said, "Yep." Probably too quickly. He looked at me skeptically.

"Kellin get on the scale," he said softly. I shook my head, tears forming in my eyes. Nobody can find out.

Vic put his hand on my arm and squeezed it comfortingly. I got the tingles from that simple gesture, but nonetheless got up and walked over to the scale. I stepped on it and it didn't even creak which made me smile. The  numbers flashed on the screen and stopped at 110lbs. Andy gasped.

"Kellin! You're 50 pounds underweight, when is the last time you ate?" he asked surprised.

I let the tears fall down my cheeks. "I don't remember," I whispered.

Andy sighed sadly and told me to lay back down. "Kellin I need you to take off your shirt and pants so I can do a skin check."

Vic looked at me awkwardly and said, "I can leave if you want."

I shook my head and said, "I really don't care." He nodded.

I took off my pants and shirt and Vic covered a gasp with his hand. I guess I didn't say how bad my self harming had really gotten. Hundreds of deep scars littered my stomach, arms, and legs. There were a lot of fresh ones as well and Andy could tell. He sighed.

"You started again," he said sadly, "Kellin you can't do this to yourself. This is no way to cope with your problems. I would suggest you meet with a therapist 3 times a week from now on." My eyes widened.

"No! Therapists don't do shit! I don't have to see one I can get better on my own," I nearly shouted.

"Kellin you're destroying yourself! You are not mentally stable," Andy tried to reason with me.
