Demon Blood

Kamile's POV:

I walk out of the classroom, and his eyes are the first I meet. His green shiny eyes. His blonde hair is scruffy but hot. Please, something break this awkward stare, please.

I hear Katy scream "HARVEY!" and I dirtily look over and see them hugging and I go green with envy. I wish I had their relationship! I wish I had it with Jamie. Jamie...The name lurks in my head and I realise that he might have taken my dirty look and thought it was directed at him. Great. I look back to him and he looks so upset and I try to say something but I just stutter and it doesnt come out. HELP

Katie N's POV:

I see Katy and Harvey chatting to eachother and decide to leave them be. Then I see Kamile trying to say something to Jamie who looks sad for some reason. I decide to give her a little shove to get her to go through with it but instead she falls, flat on her face. I rush to help her up but Jamie was already at her side and I decide to leave them be, aswell. Since those 4 were off in thier own worlds, I decide to go and chat to Ellie, Amber and Kytha. Maria, a friend of ours is also there. We start to explain to her about the hole in the wall and she is fascinated, so we decide to invite her along and she agrees and is so excited.

Ellie's POV:

After talking with Maria, we decide to go to our first lesson which is ICT (computers) and I sit directly next to the panel in the wall that we broke earlier. I really have the urge to go into it and have a snoop around, but how would I be able to makesure my teacher didn't notice?...

What the heck is wrong with me. Im a freaking shadowhunter! I can simply draw a rune (a chinese like symbol tattoo that gives you magic powers for a specific amount of time) on my skin with my stele (A stele is a short fat silver magic-wand type thing that tattoo's magically onto your skin) and boom. I can do what I want! I need a rune that freezes time, so it seems like I never moved from my seat. But I dont know how to draw that one...So I decide to draw the 'Heightened Speed' rune (速 ) on my arm, hiding my artwork under the desk. This will make me super fast, so I can run and get the Rune book from the library to find out what the time freezing rune is. I find that hiding the drawing of the rune under the desk is not working. So I ask sir if I can go to the toilet. He allows me to, so I go outside and no one is in the corridor so I begin to finish my drawing.

Amber's POV:

I am on the computer, in the room opposite Ellie's, and I see her standing outside her classroom with her stele to her arm! I wonder what the heck she's doing so I grab Kytha and leave the room, to walk over to her. She see's me and tells me she was really tempted to see whats in the passage way so she was going to get the rune book to freeze time and look around in the wall. She said sorry and I decide we will need the rune book for later so we go and get it anyway. We get to the library and we remember '321' so the book is on the 3rd book case, 2nd shelf, 1st book. Its disguised as a turkish dictionary because I dont think many Turkish people will be moving here anytime soon.

Kytha's POV:

We got back to our classrooms and Ellie put the ~Rune book in her bag as it was the biggest. We have a rubbish day, English, Math, History and PE. TOO LONG. I hope it goes a little faster because I cant wait to get in the passage way. I wish there was a time speed up rune.

Katy R's POV:

The day dragged on but finally PE finished and we all met in the IT room. Once we were all there, I decided I'd open the panel but before I did, we all drew the soundless rune ( 隐 ) on our arms, as their wasnt a time freezing one... it also makes us invisible. After we had all finished drawing the runes, I removed the panel. And wow, oh wow, something had changed. We are shadowhunters and we can smell demon blood from a mile away, and there was for sure a lot of demon blood on the floor of the passage way. This just got a whole lot more interesting.
