If you can't see the picture in this chapter please PM me. I'll try my best to fix it.
1. Open Picsart and choose your picture. You'll need to open draw because there's a white plate thats covering Peter's arm.
First of all you'll have to color the background. Open the color palette and click on the "eye dropper" tool. Click somewhere on the background and he color will be chosen. Click on the paint brush and choose the first option. Choose a size of the brush and paint your background, but don't paint anywhere near Peter.2. Once almost everything's painted you'll have to zoom in and paint near Peter. You'll have to change the size of brush and if you want you can change the opacity. Especially on the hair. You'll have to change the opacity when you paint near the hair and if there's any stray hair you have to make the brush size smaller.
3. When you get near the arm paint over the plate until it aligns with Peter's arm. Paint over the plate with the same color you used for the background.
4. Then press where the layered papers are. Press where he plus sign is and press "empty layer". This will help you paint over the picture. If you make any mistakes and need to erase, you can erase with no worries since your background won't be erased (hope that makes sense) btw make sure the new empty layer is selected.
